Joe is busy sometimes and may take a day or two but out of every mechanic I've ever been to I've never had a more honest experience, this guy is old school and is trustworthy to repair your vehicle at an honest price. There is nowhere in the city I trust more
Does not value the customer’s time. I came to pick up my car and there was nobody at the garage. The hours on google are apparently ‘wrong’ and this garage is open from 8:00-5:00pm. However, there was also nobody at the shop until 30 minutes after opening. Refused to apologize for wasting my time, and also changed my tires without balancing. Only noticed after my car started violently shaking on the highway.
I called to get my tires switched and he booked me for a Saturday morning that was 10 days away. I showed up at 9am they open at 8 on Saturdays but he told me to come for 9 and no one was there. I waited for 15 minutes before leaving, and called about 8 times. Even at 11am no one has picked up the phone. I wasted about 45 min of my time, and now have to try and book somewhere else after waiting 10 days for nothing. This place is a joke. DO NOT TRY AND BOOK HERE. Unreliable.
Very good services and professional work with reasonable prices.
This guy told me that he will install winter tires , and I will be able to pick up it up the same day. He promissed to call me, he did not! I went there the next day and I spent 45min waiting, he installed tires while I was there, no apologize of corse! The next surprise, I found old wheights, and my car was shaking as hell on highway! When I told him that, he said that he balanced my wheels, but promissed to do that again. When I went back there to fix it, I said Hi, he just watched me for 10sec and say responded a little "hi" with a nasty attitude! Never going back there!
Always reliable and friendly. Have been three times and trust this to be my "go to" now for car issues. Joe was informative and even answered questions about a car/model I'm considering purchasing.
Been trusting Joe with my cars for years and the guys in the shop are knowledgeable and friendly. They communicate the problem well and the repairs are completed in the timeline promised every time so far!
Horrible, mechanic was ok owner tried ripping me off $150 on the part and over charged an hour on labour. Dont go to this shiester
Joe does all our work on all our cars and vans. Nothing but great work, service, and competitive pricing.
