Where do start, we have never had a worse experience as the one today. Happy because the parking lot was not full and no wait we went in. Service was slow, only 2 family's in the entire restaurant. The menu has little options and prices are way to high. Our server could have picked up his pants instead of sagging them like a 15 year old kid. My husbands mixed drink had a fly in it, we spoke up and was told it would be taken of the check. They brought him another one and charged him for that drink!!! When we left we were the only people in there on a Sunday at 3 p.m. I am surprised this place is still open. As we left every one seemed to just be staring at as as if we were a disturbance to their day. We will never ever be back and if you want good food with good service go anywhere else but here!

My 1st time! We had peel and eat shrimp for app and Lobster Daddy bucket!!! Mmmmm! Jessica, our waitress, was fantastic!!

My kids love the place, they would rate it 4*. I, on the other hand, rate it 2* hence the 3* star rating. The presentation for the food and the overall ambience is really great. For the overall value of the meal $120 for 2 adults and 2 kids w/1 alcoholic drink you could do a lot better for food quality and 4* service. Does it mean I would not return? No, again it is about the ambience and Joe's excels here 100%

We got here at 3 in the afternoon, we all know what happens at a restaurant when you get there late afternoon. For starters, our waiter needed more time to chat with his friend at the bar than to see to our needs.. which was just the normal thing, fill our drinks, take a plate or two from the table that was finished with. Sigh... But no such luck.. The food is always good here though.

Came in on my lunch break and the server took forever to even acknowledge me at the bar for a to go. He finally comes over and hands me a menu and walks completely off to engage in conversation with the greeters. I had to get up go across the room to let him know I'm ready to order. A guy sits down at the bar he changes into a different person. He greets him immediately informs him he'll be with him soon ask what he'd line etc. Aaron was the server, and I'd have to admit his customer service was horrible. LEARN TO TREAT EVERYBODY THE SAME!

Don't order the all you can eat. They refuse to give you all you can EAT!! I've sat here for 45 min waiting. The waiter guy Ethan is a chain smoker and slow as hell putting more crab legs orders in for my refills.. Sat here from 7:30pm til 12:00am when they closed and all they brought me was 6 refills of 1/4 lb of crab legs on the ALL YOU CAN EAT for $29 - What a rip off.. It shouldn't talke all day to get full!!

Joe's Crab Shack is an informal place to get seafood. The food is good quality and the wait staff are very attentive. Part of the Joe's atmosphere is that it is lively and often loud. Not recommended if you want a quiet meal. It is a fun place for a night out.

02/21/2014 ... We go here once a week and the service we received this day was horrible. No ketchup for fries, no plates for appetizers, no utensils for our lobster & crab legs, and long wait for drinks. Besides the rude table behind be ridiculously loud, not once the manager came to say something. I had to speak with people at the table watch there language cause I had my 6 year old son with me. This was horrible experience overall I had every had at this location. Now I will have to find me a new Seafood family restaurant for my family.

Both food and service were very poor. The only reason for two stars is because the appetizer was decent then again I was starving. Save your money and go elsewhere. Beware of restaurants that have poor reviews and only 6 cars in the parking lot at 6:30.
