Pei Wei

I can't praise this restaurant enough. From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed by a modern and inviting atmosphere. The menu is a delightful fusion of Asian flavors, with a wide range of dishes to choose from, including delicious stir-fries, flavorful sushi rolls, and mouthwatering noodle bowls. Every dish I've tried has been bursting with authentic flavors and made with fresh ingredients. What sets Pei Wei apart is not just the fantastic food but also the quick and efficient service. The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Stopped in Pei Wei for lunch. Very good service the gentleman working the cash register was friendly and helpful with new menu items descriptions. Food was served quick and hot. Dining room was very clean. Also a dining room attendant working diligently keeping it clean. I recommend the Pei Wei location. We will be returning customers !

Greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who payed extra attention to the details! All our food came out fresh and fabulous, from the Dumplings and Lettuce Wraps to the Mongolian Steak. Overall, very pleased with cleanliness, quality and experience!

I waited for a to go order for over 30 minutes and the manager did not even apologize or acknowledge. No, good customer service at all. I also asked for extra beef and paid extra and only got 4 pieces of meat. Please, get a better manager for a better customer service experience. Since the manager reflects on the staff.

Basic fast food Chinese quality with three times the wait. Inside was closed. Under staffed. A let down.

There were so many bugs flying around the tables near the windows that it was impossible to enjoy the food, it’s hard to eat when you’re swatting away gnats every second. Never too impressed with this location.Food: 2/5

Went in early afternoon for a light lunch. Won ton soup and a vegetable spring roll. Horrible. The soup was lukewarm with a pile of green onions and basil floating around 3 wontons, two of which were partially opened. The spring roll was a greasy, gloppy, inedible cylinder filled with an unrecognizable mush. The plastic soup spoon had a black greasy substance on it. The employee brought another in his bare hand without acknowledgment or apology. What happened to Pei Wei? Used to be able to count on a consistent meal with friendly service.

All I have to say is shame on management. Location was understaffed on a Friday night. 4 people working 2 cooks, 1 behind the counter prep, 1 answering phones, taking walk-in orders, and boxing and plating food. The staff was working hard but it was not enough for the 8+ people waiting for pick up, 5 tables with multiple people waiting on food, and 6 dirty tables awaiting cleaning. From order to food on the table was 45 min and brought separately. Wife was done with her plate before I got mine and the appetizer came after her plate.

The chicken and beef that we ordered was obviously MSGed to death. I liked that the curry had good flavor loved the bean sprouts and broccoli but wouldn't order it again. The wonton soup was subpar seamed like they used frozen pot stickers in an instant broth and threw some fresh scallions on top. We enjoyed the egg rolls but they would have been better if they had been hot. All in all it's been a couple yrs since we have eaten at a pei wei and we used to love the higher quality food for a quick meal but they have changed the quality. None of the things we ate were what they used to produce. It's a shame.

It was ok. I waited minutes before someone said hi. They were busy chatting with each other instead of taking care of me. All in all it was ok.
