Julia waitress is so kind, personable, remembers your face, and helps you with great recommendations. Julia makes the experience 2x better! The food is always excellent, nutritious and they use high quality products! As soon as you walk in, people great you, even the cooks provide you with a friendly smile! Environment feels homey, it’s bright and smells clean and fresh! My favorite place to eat lunch and dinner, specially after a long CrossFit workout!!
Chicken Parmigiano was good, very tasty as well as the house salad. Wine was marginal but had low expectations. I came in between lunch and dinner and the restaurant was very slow. One would have expected outstanding service given the lack of anyone else in the restaurant. However it was the exact opposite. The sever waiting left before I was served and never returned and no one else checked on me. After I leisurely finished without anyone checking on the quality of my meal or did I want more water or wine I waited more than 20 minutes to get my bill.
Had a horrible experience tonight. Long story short, the guy working the phone was careless, inconsiderate of my time, and did not have the general knowledge needed to make things right with a customer. It’s really unfortunate that he had no training for his position, no sense of urgency, or honestly an ounce of common sense. The guy was so rude it look me having to go all the way back to the restaurant after 25 minutes to correct my issue, and even then, there was “no manager” on site. Very odd. The hostess and a guy from the kitchen were very helpful after I explained all that transpired. Kid answering phone no where to be found. The pizza is pretty good there, but after this it’s not worth the headache.
We ordered out from here, they sent the wrong thing and then were completely rude and unhelpful over the phone. The gluten-free crust was awful - like a floury, dusty cracker. The regular crust had no texture or chew to it. We will definitely never order from here again.Food: 2/5
This place was very close to the Holiday Inn we stayed at. Actually it was in walking distance. The food was very good. The salad was also delicious. The portion sizes were better than expected. Great place to enjoy a meal. Service was quick and great!!
Took the 12 and under hockey team our for family style italian dinner. It was a great place to get 12 kuds and 4 coaches a most filling meal. The meatballs are fantastic.
Family has been eating at JTB since 1962. Have never been disappointed. Family pride in the food is always present in every dish. Cannot beat a local family-owned restaurant. Go there today!Food: 5/5
I don't leave bad reviews lightly, but I've gotten takeout from here twice in the last two weeks and had less than stellar experiences both times. I wasn't planning to leave a bad review, but after tonight's takeout, I felt it necessary. The first time I ordered, I got the 2 for $25 Mon/Tues deal which was good food, but the chicken masala was such a small portion I didn't feel it was worth it. I also got two small side salads for an additional $3 each, and they only gave me one. When I went back in to get the other one, the guy behind the register didn't believe me so I had to go back to the car to get my receipt and show him understandable, but unprofessional. Tonight, I only ordered a large garden salad $9.99 with gorgonzola +$1.25 which they said would take 10-15 minutes. When I got there 20 minutes later, it wasn't ready and one of the ladies threw it together as I stood there. When I got home, I was so disappointed with the small size of it and that there was only one dressing for the whole thing. Fortunately, since I normally go light on dressing anyways, I was able to stretch it for the whole thing, but most people would be needing much more of it. The pictures are of tonights salad and I hate to say it's not at all worth the $12.07 I paid for it. I could justify spending up to $9 since the ingredients are fresh and the dressing is great, but that would be only if I was dying to have their dressing. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother with it again.
One of my favorite takeout italian places. Nothing from this restaurant has ever been poorly cooked. The sauces are fresh and every takeout order is served with home baked bread, which I think is an amazing touch.
Amazing pie! We got the hot oil pie and added olives to it, we were definitely impressed! Highly recommend. Can't wait to try their pizza dough.
