Came out for same day service and did a quick and excellent job. Both the scheduler and the field rep were very nice. Would definitely work with them again!
This guy was amazing ! He came and was training someone . He went above and beyond to get my vehicle started. A fuses were installed incorrectly and he even fixed that. So he don’t give up on the first try. He continues to mess with it until he completes what he came to do. Which is make a happy customer with keys !!!!
Quick, professional and decently priced. Had an emergency to change 8 locks. Brought them the locks and few hours later they were done.
Walked in , 3 minutes later, had my key made. Very nice young man at the front counter.

I would not recommend. They sold me a key pad style lock that failed within a few weeks then charged me to get into my house. Not to mention it took several hours and several follow up phone calls to have everything fixed correctly. Ridiculous!
Johnny's crew,so kind to me,persistent in taking care of the key for cars ,and figuring it out,also honest I was quoted a possible price of $99 a key,but one was half the price,I was impressed at there customer service skills of the trade as well as welcoming,Thankyou Guys so very much,Id definently recommend them as well as fair right prices.
I gave them a tough job to do and it was done with a smile and very professionally. The cost was more than reasonable as well. Job was done in the time quoted also. Highly recommend this company. Locally owned and operated.
I had quite the rough start to my morning on Monday. After spilling coffee on myself, I rushed to throw the clothes I had on into the wash, not realizing my keys were still tucked inside the pocket. I soaked the key fob resulting in my car alarm being set off randomly, and no way to properly turn it off once it had started, just rapid button pressing until some sort of magic silenced my car. I figured I needed a new key fob, a 100 or so dollar repair, all over some spilled coffee. I stepped into Johnnys lock and smith and although they didn’t have the shell available over the counter, the gentleman named Joshua behind it took apart the fob, cleaned it up for me to remove any calcium, and sent me on my way with out a charge and a simple, “have a nice day” I can genuinely say my day got so much better after stepping out of this shop. The key works beautifully again, and I didn’t have to spend an extra bit of cash to fix my morning blunder. I can’t convey here enough just how much I appreciate your services and your help that morning. Thank you again, for fixing my key and making my Monday easier.
I've used them for my office twice and they did a great job. They communicated well, were on time, and the technicians were friendly, professional, and quick.
