Dr. Johnson has been our family doctor since 1998. He takes time to listen to your problems and discuss the possible treatments with you, and he does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist when needed without wasting your time and money on attempting to treat it himself. His office staff is also very friendly and efficient. An excellent doctor with great staff is VERY rare nowadays! Although the wait time may be a bit long, but just bear in mind that it's only because Dr. Johnson does not rush his patients out of the door but actually spend time listening and talking to his patients.

I have always LOVED Dr. Johnson, I've seen him since I was very young, so I'm thinking like 30 to 35 years. No matter where I lived I would still go see him, even driving 45 minutes just to see him. However, this year it has completely changed! It's like he doesn't care anymore, just to get a RX refill can take a week or more! I feel like I'm losing a part of my family because even though I live in Azle now I still planned on making the drive. I just don't see the point when it's like I don't even know this man anymore. He used to be so caring and understanding, because I have been through A LOT in my life, but I'm lucky if he take time out to message a response to me I know he hates typing, he used to even call and check up on me. I love him so much, like family, no... better than family. It's like I'm losing a piece of my heart.

Dr, Jack Johnson MD is exactly who I need to take the best care of my health needs. He listens to me and treats me with respect and has a positive attitude that helps me be positive as well. I feel he has my best interests at heart and I trust him with my safety and my health. I rate him as a 5 star doctor.

Dr. Johnson had a fantastic bedside manner, and explained my diagnosis to me in a way I could understand. He seemed to truly care about my health and took the time time to do so. I didn't mind the short wait, knowing he was giving another patient the same kind of care. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Love this medical team! Dr. Johnson is the most helpful, caring and sweetest Dr. I have ever had. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Dr. who sincerely cares about your physical and emotional health. Not a long wait, his assistant is great and the office staff. As always, Dr Johnson and staff were pleasant and very professional. Dr Johnson takes time to explain things in detail and makes sure you understand before leaving his office. I've been a patient for 20 plus years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I've been lucky enough to have been a patient of Dr. Jack Johnson for close to 30 years now - have been able to keep him through multiple job and thus multiple insurance changes over the years. And whenever there is an insurance change, as I look at plan options, my first priority is whichever plan includes him. He truly knows and listens to his patients, and makes the time to do so.

Dr Johnson is fabulous and will take the time needed to work with you. The front office has always been a sticking point for me. Wait times are excessive, typically 45 min-1 hour in the lobby and then 15+ minutes in the room. I rescheduled last Monday after a 45 minute wait and being told it would be about another 20 minutes. I go to other doctor offices and the schedule is better maintained and controlled. A 15 minute variance should be able to be worked with except in rare instances, not every visit. Right now to come to the office I need to block out 2 hours.
