Thank you Kyle Dungan and the wonderful staff at Johnson-Moore Funeral Home for the exceptional care they provided for our family. We lost our mom in a tragic car accident. She was here one day and gone the next. It was a reminder that life is fragile and each day is a gift and not promised. With a broken heart, I needed to find a place that would help me carefully plan & make her funeral arrangements. Kyle, with Johnson-Moore Funeral Home, immediately reached out to me with the kindest heart and assured me that he would help me every step of the way. And, he graciously did. I can’t express my gratitude enough for Johnson Moore Funeral Home. Kyle, George, Mary, and Michaela were there for my family during the entire process. Kyle truly went above and beyond what I asked him to do and made us feel like family. My dad’s passing was heart wrenching, but the assistance from Johnson Moore made it so much more bearable. I will never forget their love and professionalism during the hardest days of my life.
Kyle, despite the fact that the circumstances of our meeting were sad, was very uplifting. When we arrived at the Funeral Home for our appointment, he met us in the doorway to greet us, and we immediately felt welcomed by him. His dedication to making people feel comfortable and as best as they can under the circumstances was obvious. I was initially dealing with Kyle from far out-of-state. Despite the distance, Kyle made the process very easy for me and he put to rest my concerns about dealing with all the logistics. He is first, and foremost, a professional who will guide you through the whole process to the end. In the midst of your loss, with Kyle, you will feel like you have a new friend.
We had a very unexpected passing in our family recently. I do not live in the Texoma area however that is where we were asked to hold the service from the immediate family. I have never been tasked with putting together a funeral before but two things were in my favor. My niece was there to help me and secondly we chose the Jonson-Moore Funeral Home in Pottsboro TX. Kyle Dungan, Director worked with us in every way giving us the most professional and sincere service one could ever hope for in this time of sadness. He was there to answer all our questions and assure us that this service would honor our loved one in all the ways we would expect for ourselves. Thank you Johnson-Moore for making the day of my mom's funeral so much easier. We didn't have to worry about any of the details. Kyle was there all the way to take care of everything. He truly loves the work he does, and it shows in the way he treats grieving families. From the first moment we met him, it was obvious he was going to take good care of mom. I hope we don't need their services again for a long time, but when we do I know who we will call. Thank you again for all you did.
Making final arrangements for a loved one is a stressful ordeal. Kyle Dungan eased my stressed as I made my Daddy's arrangements. JMFH has handled services for all of my immediate family with kindness and professionalism.
Kyle and George were so kind and personable. They helped walk us through the planning process of our Aunt's funeral and made sure my sister and I were ok throughout the process. We have never experienced such a caring group of people.
