The quality of care from Moore Bowen Road after my mother’s death was unsurpassed. They were respectful and compassionate and performed their job in amazing fashion. I would recommend them to everyone.

My father recently passed away and this is the second time we've used Moore Bowen Funeral Home. The first time we used them was for the passing of my mother 14 years ago. Moore was excellent then, and they are still excellent 14 years later. Everyone we encountered at Moore was professional, kind, and organized. Stepping into a funeral home is never easy, you don't know what to expect of yourself, if you'll be emotionally ready no matter the circumstances or what to expect of the ones that are caring for your sweet loved one. Our hearts were broken and we were lost without our mother but Jennifer with Moore Funeral Home @Bowen was nothing but kind, patient, empathetic and understanding. She walked us through the process and provided us with the information we needed to get through the difficult days ahead. She heard our vision of flowers and delivered exactly what we wanted! The day of, she could see the anxiety building up inside me and with a sweet gentle voice, her words brought comfort to my ears....she stepped into our brokenness and helped us walk through the valley. We are deeply grateful for the sincere kindness that was displayed to each of us during this difficult time. Thank you for handling our beautiful mother with so much care!

Graciousness, patience and excellent service from beginning to end! From prearrangement planning to finalizing our loved ones service everyone we worked with was caring, kind and compassionate. They graciously put up with our tardiness in delivering details, accepting our last minute changes without a bit of angst. The day of the service we received nearly twice as many attendees as expected and since no other service was in progress the staff quickly moved us from the small gathering room to the large chapel without blinking an eye! Our friends and family were overwhelmingly impressed!

No one wants to say good-bye to their loved ones, but the staff of the Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home makes it as simple of an experience as possible. Every member of the staff that we worked with: sales, funeral director, support staff, limo drivers, even the escorts they contracted with for the procession to the graveside were outstanding. They answered every question we had, ensured we had all the facts, never once pressured us to do anything we were uncomfortable with and all in all made sure the funeral service honored my father. We had the service there at the on-site chapel, and between the convenient location off I-20, the ample parking and the ease of departure, everything went well. We're all going to need a funeral home at some point; the Moore Bowen Road staff ensures South Arlington/Mansfield/DWG/Pantego families have a wonderful, caring place to turn.

We felt the services were very respectful and embodied the familiarity of our relative while honoring the pomp and circumstance bestowed on a veteran of foreign war. Thank to all who helped this be completed quickly between holidays, military leave, red cross arrangements, and out of state/country relatives and friends. Jennifer's grace and discretion with family dynamics and varying stages and styles of grieving was astounding.
