Came here during the last weekend of their strawberry festival. Although it rained we really enjoyed the strawberry picking “u-pick” experience. The fields smell very pleasant. There’s a tractor trailer that drives passengers out to the fields which is an experience in and of itself. Great place for kiddos. The “Fun Farm” has so many activities! Goat feeding, train/tractor rides, a jumping area, and lots of other play areas. Lots of opportunities to snap great pics. We will definitely come back for some of their other berry festivals, or the pumpkin festival in fall. The strawberries themselves were a bit disappointing, it seems like other visitors took most of the ripe/healthy ones before we visited, but we were able to find some that looked okay. Overall great experience!
I had an absolute blast picking blueberries here! They were delicious, and I could do it at my own pace. I will say that this place is extremely overpriced. For a small white basket, it was $16. I know this is what comes at the cost of supporting your local farm, but I also had to pay an entrance fee of $12. I went by myself, so I paid $28 for a small basket of blueberries. They were delicious and I don’t regret doing it; however, it won’t be a reoccurring thing for me. I’m lower class, so I just can’t afford the delicious blueberries every year. It’s worth going at least one time though.
INCREDIBLE!!! By far the best farm experience with kid activities that we have been to! The craftsmanship! I mean, who built all those buildings?! Amazing! Go early, pick some strawberries and then have a blast playing around. You can bring your own food or there is a very reasonably priced concision stand.
Everything from ground cover plants, flowers hanging and ground beds, garden vegetables and every other kind of plants. There is plenty of parking, large sections of plants and really knowledgeable/friendly workers. Unfortunately there are limited numbers of carts so you may have to carry all of your choices till you checkout...or set them aside until you get a cart. They also have a playground area for the little ones and some seating for those that want to take a break from all that walking around.
Used to come here as a kid and pick strawberries with my mom and dad. Today I came back after over 20 years to pick blueberries with my husband and boys. Same great experience!!!
Lovely family owned business and has a cozy cafe next door and great coffee and pies and cakes! Can get flowers to plants to fruits and vegetables!! They have a Blueberry Fest, Strawberry Fest and Sunflowers Fest.... where I proposed to my wife!.... We got married there!
Day well spent! We came here for blueberry fest. Lots of things to do for kids and really sweet blueberries.
Great opportunity for little ones to get some fresh air and run around! The attention to detail and craftsmanship is unbelievable - you can tell this family really cares about the experience they provide their visitors. I have to explain to my three year old almost daily when we can go back to the “excabator” at the farm. Love it here!
Place is a little bit on the expansive side, but a very nice large selection when it comes to live flowers and plants
The best and most beautiful farm I've seen. We were very excited and will definitely visit again this fall. We picked raspberries, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, watermelon. There are so many fun activities for children, super nice!
