Dr Jon Middleton is professional yet personable! He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate & kind! I have been extremely pleased with my care from Dr Jon! Lowee in the office is my go to! She is outstanding & an asset & compliment to this practice! I Always asked for her if I need Anything from an office call!

No matter how good the doctor may be, the office staff will make or break him. This is the case here. After being a patient for several years, I'm leaving. On more than one occasion I've called the Commerce office to not receive a simple "Hello". My last contact with that office 2/26/2018, 3:45pm resulted in the same non-greeting, heavy sigh, and "Hang On". This was followed by another person answering the phone and saying "You'll need to hang up and call back". They were half right. I did need to hang up. But I didn't call back. It's unfortunate I couldn't explain this directly to Dr. Middleton about his office staff.

1st time here and I am not impressed at all. The office is not clean, it's very dark when you walk in and the staff is so so and I am still here sitting in this room for 45 minutes and still no doctor. I wont be coming back.

Everyone is nice and helpful always there to listen to anything you need
