Income Tax Services
Our firm provides tax preparation services for Individuals, Partnerships, Corporates (both S and C corps), LLC’s and LLP's, Estates, and tax exempt Non-Profits.
In addition to the preparation of tax returns, our firm is available for income tax planning during the year. Through tax planning, we look for ways to reduce tax during the current year as well as future periods. We also advise you of modifications to the tax law that could potentially warrant filing an amended tax return.
Compilations
Our firm prepares compiled financial statements based on information obtained directly from clients. Compilations are typically used by the client to assess where they are financially, but a compilation can also be requested by a third party, such as a bank.
Client Accounting
For most small and medium sized businesses, an internal accounting department is not financially feasible. An outside CPA firm such as ours provides accounting services and allows clients to spend their time focusing on growing and developing their business.
In most cases, we will do the client’s accounting for them monthly. Our monthly accounting services include providing periodic compiled financial statements.
Payroll
Our Payroll Department specializes in W-2 and 1099 preparation including related payroll taxes, processing of quarterly and year-end returns and payments for both W-3 and 1096 filers and preparing multi-state returns and monthly/semi-weekly remittance when needed. We file on behalf of clients with the state comptroller for all monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales taxes as well as processing of wage garnishments.
