Show up today to pick up a very important medication that my father needs to regulate his blood sugar only to be told that it will need to be ordered. The medication was actually due for refil several days ago yet I received no courtesy call to inform me that the prescription was ready nor that the medication needs to be ordered like most pharmacies do. This seems to be a continuous problem as far as communication goes and for showing urgency in providing crucial medications to their patients. The very problems that we left the big brand pharmacies for. I hope JD improves in this area moving forward.

I love my Jones drugs family. They make you feel a part of them they remember their customers names and that makes you feel good even on a bad day. They are there when you need them.

It was late Friday night and I just brought my second kid to urgent care to be diagnosed with strep. Jones drugs closed at 6pm which left me 5 min to get there from millbrook urgent care. I called them explaining my situation and they said they would start getting my prescription ready and wait til I got there. Their actions speak volumes and I can not thank them enough! No one wants to stay late, let alone on a Friday night, but they did! They also take tricare so I don’t have to go to Maxwell which is worth every bit of my copay

On the 20th which was Saturday I was diagnosed with the flu. My meds were sent to Walgreens and of course they didn't have all of what I needed and it would be another 30 minutes before I got the other one. I drove across the street at 12:29 explained my problem got what I needed and was out of there at 12:49. Now that's fantastic service. Thank you so much.

Love this pharmacy and staff. Forget the chain pharmacies , as even the owner knows her customers. Never long waits,usually in and out in 5 minutes tops, and if they don't have it, it doesn't take a week to get your medication Walgreens in wetumpka. I'm a customer for good, I even make the 30 minute drive since moving to stay with Dutchi and her staff...that speaks for itself.

Tired of the hustle and bustle of large chain pharmacies, I gave Jones a try and let me tell you I’m glad I did! The staff is always so welcoming and nice. They always have my prescriptions on time and if they don’t they’ll have them ready in 5 minutes. Great pharmacy and good people!

Such a friendly place an a great environment absolutely love the people that work there

This place is a sad excuse for a pharmacy. You definitely don't use this place for their friendly faces. The self righteous attitude of most of the staff is so upsetting. Absolutely zero positive customer service You can call a prescription in well in advanced and even 24 hours later it's not ready. The excuse is always we didn't get when you call it in. Drop the bottles off in person and it's like they want to call you a liar without calling you one to your face too because "we don't have anything" here. OR it's something to do with insurance. I'd love to say I'm exaggerating when I say in the many trips to this place over the years I NEVER not had an issue. Covid could be an excuse if this wasn't happening well before Covid. Yes I could switch from the pharmacy but I'm not picking up for myself. I don't use this place. Never would and never will. Sadly I have to pick up for others who has been at this establishment for well over 20 years and they still trust it based on the positive customer service they received back then. Maybe Mrs Jones will read this through her glasses instead of righteously peering over them without a bit of concern on her face. Lastly I only gave 1 star because I had to.

Went to the new remodeled store. The staff and and pharmacist could not have been nicer. I had one narcotic to be filled. They explained in great detail that it was necessary to fill another script with it as the government is trying to solve the narcotic issue in the United States and limits pharmacies if that is all they fill. They wanted to be able to continue to provide to all of their customers. I was happy to do this as they explained to me in great detail. I can't remember getting the customer service they provided. I also received a personal letter from them after my visit thanking me for being a customer. They made me feel like a part of their family.

I get all my scripts filled here. The men and women that work here are amazing! So friendly and know me by my name when i walk in. And not in like a bad way either. They just take the time to get to know their customers. I have been going here for a year now and will definitely stay with them since they changed their name. They still have all the same staff so i dont care if they changed their name as long as the same sweet staff stays the same! Thanks guys for being awesome! Mackenzie waters
