Agent Kevin Mickens is personable, professional, and responsive. He knows the market. He knows, from a seller's and buyer's perspective, what makes a good deal and what will close a deal. Using the market analysis, his personal knowledge of the area, and our input, we decided on a listing price. Then, as Kevin suggested, prospective buyers were allowed to tour our house while we were readying it for sale--painting, changing hardware and fixtures, landscaping. An above listing offer came within 4 days! Although that offer did not workout, it confirmed the listing price and market we in our favor. Although other offers were presented, we were being advised by team of Kevin, his broker, and our attorney to wait until after the open house to review them. We had multiple offers. The team helped us chose the best one, which, by the way, was not the highest. Kevin's constant communication, suggestions, and professionalism were the key to our positive sale experience.

Buying a house is always complicated, but Nick helped a lot. Our purchase was difficult for many reasons, including a pandemic! We turned to Jordan Baris after a bad experience with the previous realtor. I just found JB on Google and was skeptical at first, especially since it was our first home. We ended up changing even our lender, and despite many other complications, Nick was patient and helpful. I felt he left a lot of mental space and was very honest. He only gave his personal opinion when asked, but paid very close attention to our preferences and desires. To the point of advising against some properties that were more expensive but not worth it. He is very knowledgeable having experience as realtor and in the community. We actually developed a friendship for life and we would definitely hire him if and when we want to sell. Not only was Carol Abdo a confident professional but she was my confidant. Carol exudes warmness, and confidence. I'd wanted to sell my family home almost five years prior to my final sale. I used a friend realtor who gave no real work effort into selling my home.
