Walked in with an idea for a formal, summertime wedding and a price range. I also needed service and found it to be cordial, professional, knowledgeable and patient with my indecision. Of course ... of course the purpose was to sell me, but only if I felt it fit my needs. The remaining star comes up for delivery and quality, but I suspect all will be well. Give yourself a break and get there during off hours - weekdays before 5 PM I suspect. You'll pay, but what doesn't cost something if you want something. Update: 5th star given for an impeccable suit. Several folks complimented it and me. I felt pretty good too.
Walked in today to search for specific items and encountered a negative experience. Customer service is non existent at this place. The only employee there directed us to the clearence section assuming we couldn’t afford anything in the store. He then proceeded to mock us until we decided to simply leave. People go into clothing stores to buy clothes not be judged upon appearance and mocked by some arrogant sales person wishing they were the companies CEO. It was really distasteful and unprofessional—even for a retail assosiate with a fancy shamcy business card. Manager or not. Feel free to shop here but be warn. Meadow just wants a big commission $. I mean, Flower. Or was it Forrest?
It's so nice to go into a store where you're known by name. The sales people there take pride in their work and in remembering who their clients are. Never had a bad experience here.
This store blows. Selection is limited and I'm a fit guy of average build, and when they said they would get the slacks from another location and call me back, they never did. I just called them now too, and...they didn't pick up. A retail store that doesn't answers its phone... #fail
Walked in and walked out. No sales people on a sale weekend and rainy day when it's busy. Kid rolled his eyes as he pointed us to shirts to help other customer. Three other customers were waiting?!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ACCOSTED BY SALESPERSON, ASKED TO LEAVE FOR NO REASON. Salesperson actually said I couldnt try anything on unless I was planning on buying. I wish I didnt need to purchase clothes that day so I could have just left.
If you go to this store you should only deal with Steve. He is the best. Stay clear of Yvette Guzman. Not a real manager. Not helpful.
So last week I had a bad experience at store left and said would never go back.Sent a message on IM about experience and Lauren got right back to me,told her what happened she was very apologetic and she’ll look into it further.She then asked for my address so she could send me a gift card.Thank you Lauren because of you I’ll continue to shop there.
Best place to get what you need for the right occasions. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
Helpful, good suits reasonably priced.
