I absolutely love Vics. They didn't have much to choose from for zip up hoodies or boyfriend pants. I usually find what I'm looking for online. But the store was clean and well staffed. The staff didn't assist me but they were assisting other customers.
My girlfriend and I bought a gift card for my sister for her birthday. As it turns out, when she was bagging the items we purchased the clerk must have accidentally given us the wrong gift card The gift card number doesn't match the number on our receipt. I was a little frustrated, but figured I could show the receipt and numbers and the managers would make it right for me. They said theres "nothing they can do" even though the receipt clearly shows the gift card they gave me IS NOT THE SAME NUMBER AS THE ONE I PAID FOR and are trying to make me call customer service already tried, they said to go back to the store. Managers are refusing to give me back the money or a new card. Now I go to look and the lynnfield store is one of VS's lowest rated stores on social media. They screwed up, and now they are trying to rob me. Real great customer service, I'll go to another store next time I need a gift card.
I was followed around the store by an "associate" who made me feel like I was trying to walk out of the store without paying for my bras! She snatched them from my hand when I asked her to please check the sale price on them. She made it very obvious that i was the only Hispanic female inside the store. Horrible customer service.
Customer service is non existent if you look larger than a size 14. There was 4 employee's, 2 with customers and the other 2 just standing and chatting, completely ignored me. I wandered around the store for about 15 minutes then left, will not go back.
Opened at least 10min too late. Nobody was around, seemed like staff is hiding. Nobody was there to assist my girlfriend, we left without buying anything, never again!!!!
Best underwear & leggings I've ever bought. They're a bit expensive but they often have sales
