I went in today to shop for my body builder fiance and both employees were incredibly lazy when I requested help on finding a casual shirt in a 2XL.  I felt like i was being a bother to both of them even though no one else was requesting help. I like the merchandise but I will not shop at this location anymore. They both need training on customer service or look for a job where they dont have to deal with people.

Visited the Bowie shop today to buy a suit for a wedding. Craig greeted me and helped me throughout the entire process, including offering advice on fit and accessories as well as helping me through the checkout process. Great customer service! Will return.

Much, much better than Men's Wearhouse, at a comparable price.  Needed four suits for a new job, and I was taken care of well.   I also shopped MW, and the four suits they wanted to sell me were crappier, and cost the same.  Plus, much nicer salespeople and seamstress.

Light years above Men's Wearhouse. Craig has amazing customer service, and the tailor adjusted my suit before I left the store. I would recommend if you are looking for a standard style of suit, padded shoulders and standard lapel.

Not enough employees who know what they are doing. They seem to pick and choose who they want to help. Misplaced alterations followed by phone calls stating that you have someone else's clothes. If you can go to another Jos a Banks then do so.

For gentlemen only, its nice as quality helps you look great in life. Bringing back cordiros and suspenders

Currently standing in the heat waiting for them to open the store though it is already supposed to be open. Great start.

Horrible customer service. Store manager is polite but inept and incredibly lazy.

What you'd expect, could have better service but still pretty good.
