My family and I had recently gone to Joseph Airport Toyota to purchase a new vehicle. We had earned a great relationship with a gentleman named Mike Goldie. We had a previous encounter with him around Christmas. He had helped pick out a great vehicle for my wife 2 years ago after the Eve of Thanksgiving Holiday from total loss of a vehicle. The vehicle was passed down by my deceased father in law, earlier in September. The car had been totaled by a hit & run driver. My wife was okay, just shaken up, frazzled, and confused. We had gotten her a newer Toyota Camry thanks to Mike. I had a Ford Escape that was on her last limb and needed a bigger truck. I had a bad experience thru a previous Dealer, and called Mike about what they had offered, and asked about a older Truck on his Lot. We had arranged for a meeting to see the Truck and the offered. Mike and the Airport family had been great with my 5 year old running the Lobby, introducing herself, multiple times lol, and wanted a Soda as soon as the first Soda was gone. The paperwork was easy to understand thanks to Mike and Jamie in Financing. After picking up my oldest Autistic son, and daughter from school, we had gotten to pick up Bluey, named after Bluey from Bluey on Disney Jr, by my youngest Daughter, Luna my new Truck which is ironically Blue, from the Dealership. It was a pleasure meeting the Joseph Airport Family and the experience will leave a lasting impression on me for a lifetime. Thank you all and God Bless you all!!

Well, losing my Altima kinda hurt but... I finally got the Camry I've wanted for quite some time. Hopefully I bought the one you can get 300k out of.  I couldn't be happier with this car and would highly recommend Steve Ryherd as the salesman you want to talk to.  Top notch salesman in my opinion. After I bought the car I met Tim in the finance department, he was top notch as well. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Joeseph Airport Toyota and they just might have my business for life.

I have never been treated so wonderful with the purchase of a vehicle!  Arvin was so happy, and sweet!  I needed a way to get the new car home.  We had closed down the dealership to complete the transaction and then even though it was his birthday, Arvin drove my new car to my house and had his wife pick him up.  And here I thought I had ruined his birthday.  Arvin calls me periodically to check up and see how things are going and also to ask if I am ready for a new car yet.  The answer to that is no because I will drive the wheels off of it, get it fixed and drive it some more.  Until the car's death do we part.  When I am ready for another vehicle, I will absolutely go back and ask for Arvin again.  I have never had such a great experience buying anything.  The world needs more Arvins.  This man is truly a blessing to all he helps.

We dealt with Arvin Ridley, he was very calm, friendly and informative. He was not pushy and gave us all the info we needed, let us look around the parking lot at the model of car we wanted to buy and let us go away to think about what we wanted to do. A week later we went back and was really helpful, the staff there are also very friendly, they offered us pizza and hot or cold drinks while we went through all of our choices with the purchase. When it came to picking the car up we took it out for a test drive and again was greeted by a smiling Arvin and friendly staff. All in all a great service by all, a great experience for our first time buying a new car... thank you! We highly recommend Arvin and joseph airport toyota.

I recently purchased an SUV from Joseph Airport Toyota, and it was the best car-buying experience that I ever had. Car shopping has always been stressful for me, but everyone made me feel at ease, especially my Sales Representative, Arvin Ridley. Working with Mr. Arvin Ridley was an absolute pleasure! He is very honest, and professional and knows the car business inside and out. He is also extremely patient, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.  I felt that he had my best interests in mind; he was not pushy or aggressive whatsoever. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and got the best deal.  I Highly recommend working with Mr. Arvin Ridley to purchase your next vehicle! Thank you Mr. Ridley, I love my SUV! I also appreciate the honesty of the sales manager. I will always purchase my cars at this dealership!

I bought a 2017 GMC Terrain with a little over 30,000 miles . I have changed the oil in it religiously with mobile one synthetic. This vehicle came with the lifetime power train warranty. At 77,000 miles the engine failed. Since then it’s been a nightmare trying to get it covered. I had it towed and the place that towed it said it was pcv valve . The warranty company denied the claim. Then I had gmc take a look. They said the cylinder  and rod bearing had a catostrophic failure . It was stilled denied . Now I have contacted the general manager of Toyota and he responded with an email that basically denied any responsibility. So at this point I wouldn’t put much stock into their warranty program . I will say Casey was helpful and I followed his advice about towing it to gmc and paying them to diagnose it. But no one cares that a certified gmc technician diagnosed it. I would think if a pcv valve failed and caused the rear main to leak there would be an oil light come on . But instead the vehicle died all of sudden . That’s when the lights came on as the vehicle shut off. No warning. Sounds like a catastrophic failure to me .

This is the second vehicle I've purchased for my wife from Joseph Toyota and Arvin Ridley.  His service, honesty  and integrity are second to none. He and his team presented us with white glove service at a fair price. The financing portion  was painless my only cause for concern was the insurance salesman. They have gained a customer for life in The Sanders Family. Thank you Mr. Ridley for everything and God Bless You.

The work at Airport Toyota is always completed quickly and well. They keep me informed about extra work that may need to be performed, and the waiting area is comfortable and roomy. I have always been extremely satisfied with my experience there!

The best customer service. Sales person Kevin Carter got us in a car that was perfect. Everyone in the office was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. On 1-3-2018 had to return to the dealership for a tire pressure issue and once again, Kevin was able to take care of the situation without a problem. I've recommended Joesph Airport to all my family, friends and I urge anyone who is in need of a dependable car go here. These salesman take their time to listen and are not pushy. Thanks again, Kevin!

Quick response time in a market where vehicles are selling extremely fast. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with and made sure I got the best financing I could possibly get prior to purchase. I would highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle. I love my Toyota.
