Dr. Valdez has over 20 years experience in family and occupational medicine. He finished his medical training at New York Medical College and completed a family practice residency at an affiliate of New York Medical College. He did additional residency training in preventative and occupational medicine at the University of Arizona. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging. He is board eligible in occupational and preventative medicine. Dr. Valdez has always made it a priority to maintain and prevent illness rather than waiting for symptoms to appear. Over the past few years, he has expanded his practice to focus on hormone replacement and anti-aging therapy and would love to help you get back to your old self.
