JCFS is a boutique style officially licensed SPINNING and Body Conditioning Studio. We have a state-of-the-art SPINNING studio with a killer sound and light system and our body conditioning room is equipped with all the "toys" such as TRX, Kettlebells, Training Ropes, Tractor tires and much, much more...be burn fat! There are NO "follow the leader" classes here. SPINNING is done in a temperature controlled room with speakers hanging from the ceiling and an instructor up "on stage."
