I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from a manager. When I walked in, not only was I not greeted, they looked at me like I walked into the wrong place. I then, spoke and walked to the front desk where I was asked "what I needed?' I politely told the lady with the dreads what I needed and she rudely told me to sit the item on the desk and when Im ready to come back. As I inquired about my exchange, I guess the lady was annoyed that I needed help and begin scratching her nose with her middle finger obviously trying to gesture. This dreadful experience went on until I retrieved my belongings and left. I give 0 stars...the worst experience in my life and I'm 45. Shame on Journeys for hiring such a illmannered, churlish, employee.
On the website it says they open up at 11am. However, it’s 11:27am and they’re not open yet.
I was hired here recently my experience was less than desirable. From the slick remarks, to the lack of respect by neglecting to call me by my name and continuously referring to me as “the new hire” after repeatedly telling them what I preferred to be called my first name, to getting frustrated at me for not knowing how to do the tasks listed in the training because I was unable to do the training since she asked me to do the tasks before the training . After I confronted the Manager, AlexisAriel, she proceeded to tell me that if I couldn’t “…handle the banter then it isn’t the job for you.” If this is the place for you and you can handle the “banter“, the absence of training, and the disrespect then go ahead and apply here!
Necistyles here! I have a good feedback but I take it back. Don't do the survey at the end of shopping, it says you could win $100 cash or gift cards but it's a lie and they are going to offer a whole $100 worth of magazine subscriptions for you. Then still charge you for them. Smh
A Guy Manager was very rude, had no sense of humor. Asked since I got a Display Shoe could I get a discount he stated no with a very stinking attitude like it was his own personal store. The Cashier was trying to show good customer service but he was to busy talking about his other Employees and what he should have made them do that she couldn't focus. Clearly this is his first management position with his high and mighty self! As I left the store he just stared at me like I was nothing because I was looking a little rough from working out. I've brought several of shoes from JOURNEYS but never will I visit this location again!

Terrible customer service, very rude and not professional. I went into the store looking to purchase a gift for my brother, I asked for a certain size and the young lady at the register said they did not have the size I asked if underground journeys had it she said ill call. She called and said they did not have it. I said okay and asked for another shoe which they did have, I purchased the shoe and went to underground journeys to see for myself and they did have the shoe so I was lied to I went to return the shoes to Journeys and they were acting as if the did not want to do the return, the employees were going back and forth saying you do it, you do it, just unprofessional. I finally was able to make the return and now I have to wait 7 business days for the money to return back in my account, I went to underground journeys and purchased the shoes I wanted from the beginning. I know people say this a lot but if I could give 0 stars i surely would.
I'm BIG on customer service and this place has poor customer service. Employee had an attitude, was inpatient and wasnt helpful AT ALL. I will NEVER spend my money with this store.
This is your typical Journeys. Perfect combination of nostalgic and currently hip shoes. The staff has changed over time to a more laid back hipster like type but they are friendly and knowledgeable nonetheless. If you are looking for a good selection and are not worried about price... this is a place to come see.
The Staff was very helpful and quick with service we was in and out
