Came into Lakeline Mall recently and looking for some shoes, stopped in Journeys and was impressed with the selection, although my wide feet limit my shoe shopping im glad I came in here to look at certain types of shoes. Just wished my feet cooperated and could fit into the newbalances they had, but hey, cant win them all. The guy helping me was very helpful and checked in the back for the Quadruple Wide, but just didnt have it, good experience though, glad we stopped in.
I was very happy to find the Ugg boots that my daughter wanted for Christmas at this store in stock. The sales people are very nice and helpful. I wanted two pair of New Balance shoes in different colors and they only had one in my size but we bought them both because they shipped the second pair to my house for free.
The store is clean and organized with a friendly & professional staff. They have a pretty good selection of footwear from a variety of companies. Plenty of employees to help during the holiday shopping season. If they do not have an item in stock it can be shipped to your home for free.
The other day a blonde employee helped me figure out my shoe size and gave me a lot of helpful advice about the brand I was looking at. So helpful and nice!!!!
The staff is so fun and hard working. Best variety in town. Jackson and Zoey go the extra mile to get you your coolest style
Went to get some shoes to celebrate daughters B Day. Store was dead we were the only ones in and staff immediately started berating us on mask policy this is after cdc updates and vaccinations. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere. Good luck and hopefully you learn to treat the customer first in near term.
I have not really gone out of my way to write a review about a shoe store, but I must say that the staff was beyond exceptional! I forgot the name of the girl who helped me, but I went into the store on May 8th, 2017 and received some of the best treatment! The staff was very talkative and friendly all while another customer was causing quite the scene, yelling and such about an issue. The staff handled the situation very professionally. I went in having already been to Bass Pro Shop and REI looking for a solid pair of work boots, not really finding what I needed there. The girl helped me pick out a pair of Dr. Martens and answered all of my questions concerning the boots, having a good bit of knowledge about them. She also decided to take 10% off my purchase. Thank you very much!
The store manager at Lakeline Mall Journeys is so dope and very great at what he does. Let's just say I walked in just to find my son some shoes and walked out with a pair of Van's for myself and a Fannie pack. I myself am in sales/customer service so he might've just taught me a thang or two. Thanks for your help Jacob.
Pushy employees. Went in with my fiancé for her to buy shoes, and the same guy kept trying to get me to buy a shoe. After the second time I told him no it got highly frustrating. Then I had to return a shoe here, called to double check opening time. Employee over phone said 11am..... they don't open till noon. Which is what Google shows but I thought Google hours were just wrong since the employee told me 11 AM Thanks for wasting my gas and time.
I was quite content with the new shoes I bought! They really spoke to me and EJ one of the workers was so very helpful,kind and very hilarious. It was nice to get such fantastic customer service! Deffinatly suggest this place!
