Juju’s Brownies are made with only the freshest ingredients. Juju has been milling her own wheat for years making all kinds of breads and pastries. She takes pride in the fact the she uses freshly milled organic soft white wheat flour, delicious rich chocolate, farm fresh eggs, honey granules, organic coconut oil, butter with milk from grass fed cows, organic vanilla extract, sea salt and baking powder for her brownies.
The benefits of freshly milled flour include a healthy source of fiber, vitamins and nutrients. Soft White Wheat is higher in moisture and lower in gluten making it an excellent choice for pastries.
Juju’s Brownies donates a percentage of the profits to Building Hope Communities supporting a current project of 9 “Tiny House” cottages with a community center for graduates of the Wellspring Living program (and their children). Wellspring Living is an Atlanta based non-profit dedicated to rescuing and preventing the sexual exploitation of women.
