We went here on what was supposed to be a trip to Great America day but ended up raining. Got there when it opened and just missed on massive amount of camp kids who had to change their outdoor plans too. I was so impressed. The staff was positive and friendly. The place absorbed the massive number of kids with no problem. So many things to do. And the pizza was REALLY good! It was the perfect way to kill s few hours for the rain to pass before heading Six Flags. Plus the food was much more reasonably priced then Six Flags. Overall I was very impressed!
My kids had a really fun time here. We chose the super charged option for the kids n got the meal, 2 hours of jump, arcade, bowling and VR. We didn’t get a chance to do the VR but everything else was really fun. 1 downside was the bar was closed that Friday
This place was nice. Lots to do for the kids. Very expensive, however. The staff was friendly however, they all need a lot of training. Some were very confused about how to do their job. Nice bar area good drinks but again expensive.
Visit the newly remodeled trampoline place centrally located in Gurnee. Activities for all ages. There are various trampoline spaces with virtual VR, bowling, a bar for those 21 and up, fresh pizza, wings, shakes and refreshments along with a foam pit and obstacle coarse.
Not worth the 30$ that we paid when we went for the ignite night. We thought there would be music and blacklights. They only turn them on for 10 min every hour. They do did the whole place and it looks nice. But there was not much there anymore. Since they have a bar and bowling They had to take out a bunch of things They have the trampolines and a ninja course that was too hard for most adults. And that's about it I had more fun when it was the old setup.
Kids enjoyed themselves. Age was 10-16. Nice, clean location. Typical trampoline warehouse. Food and drink was overpriced and ridiculous for the quality and quantity. Staff was friendly and nice but was poorly trained.
Visited on a Sunday at 130pm. Place was hoping! Kids everywhere. At the entrance, there was an employee asking if anyone was here for a party. I was not so I asked if I could simply do “one” activity in this case bowling. He said no I don’t think so it’s at least 2, fill out a waiver if you haven’t done so. So I completed the waiver and waited at the counter. Eventually the employee told me I could pay for 1 $19. I said ok two please for bowling. But I couldn’t add the other person until their waiver was completed. Had to get back in line when it was done. Total was $45 for 1 hour of bowling apparently that included shoes or we could pay $25/each for two activities. We changed to the two activities for a total of $59. It was hard to find where we get our lane, the bar was full and the employee was fairly hidden. We were assigned a lane. This lane was covered in sprinkles. Ball return. Seat. Floor. Everywhere. In addition the floor was incredibly sticky and I could not slide as expected in bowling. First ball, stuck. My ball was visibly stuck at the end of the lane. Normally this is no big deal, however bowling is a timed activity. I paged for an employee to my lane 3 times. However no one came. I went to the counter for help. No one there. Unfortunately the experience didn’t meet our hopes and we decided to leave. There is so much potential for this place. Maybe with some time it will be better.
Kids had a great time. It was the school week, and we showed up right when they opened for business, so we had the place to ourselves. While the kids were jumping and running around, the wife and I were bowling and enjoying ourselves as well.
The gurnee location didnt have the jump over carousel. The place was not all that big. There was no one in the front to help explain to customers what they had to do. We had a birthday party here over the weekend and paid well over $600 in total for 3 pizzas, 10 jumpers, and a party room for 45mins. They want you to come in 10 min early to "decorate" your room that your not allowed to go in until the last 45 mins of your party. Im almost positive they double booked us and didnt say a word about it. If they had told me that then i wouldnt of invited so many people. Considering some of them were disabled and cant stand. The party rooms are all connected together but separated by 3/4 wall dividers so people can hear everything at all times. There was no pa system to tell party goers when things were happening. The arcade is i joke i literally counted 20 games and thats ALL of them. The VR experience is 20 credits to play. Your "helper" is impossible to reach and tends to just walk away unnoticed. The whole place is severely poorly managed. Dont throw a party here its not worth it.
The staff here are really holding it down and doing a great job but they need more than one locker station. No food or drink on the carpeted area makes sense, but with a very limited dining space and people “saving” tables with strollers, shoes, etc, you should probably bring a backpack if you’re actually going to supervise your kids and have a bottle of water at the ready for them.
