We had my son's party there Saturday. When we first arrived I had to guess where to go and who to talk to. When we were shown the rack for presents and party supplies I asked is there anything else I need to do? Was told when the previous party ended we would move there. While the kids jumped we had issues with the dodgeball area. There were kids purposely throwing and hitting our party guests in the head. My husband talked to an employee behind the desk and was told it was supervised and that wouldnt be happening. It continued, another parent complained and then my husband witnessed the purposely thrown toward head behavior and talked directly to the attendant. The attendant told him yeah its dodgeball , people get hit. My hisband then went back to front desk to talk to a different employee about the situation. When the party started , we didnt end up with the correct amount of pizzas, there was not enough seating for all the party guests, we had to prompt the party host for forks and drinks which were included with our party fee. We intentionally had his party when we did so he could take advantage of the year membership but if the management doesn't fix those kinds of problems we won't be back. Nice place to let the kids let off some energy. Could have a better snack bar but its good
Staff was nice and my kids enjoyed themselves, however house keeping must have taken the day off We had to clean up spills that were already there prior to us arriving. They need more drink and food choices, nachos and candy. And soda, sold by the bottle. Bottom line your kids will love it but be prepared to clean up your own table and order for you to sit down. Staff is nice but when dealing with high school kids some are lazy and only want to do the bare minimum
I brought my nine year old Grandson here after my seventeen year old Son had been here with friends and had enjoyed their visit. Definitely a place for all ages. I really enjoyed watching the adults as well as children and my Grandson loved it. Quality play areas. Employees are very friendly and attentive to the children in the different areas. I had read some negative reviews and was surprised that I did not experience any of that. If you are looking for a family outing or for fun exercise , this is the place to come. Big seating area if like me, and you just want to watch your Grandchild! We will definitely coming back here.

Went to a party here and it was OK. The equipment is in ok shape and the kids definitely had fun. My issues come with the staff and the concessions. Staff were more interested in being on their phones and socializing with other staff then actually working. Check in was slow due to this as one person worked while the other was texting. Had planned on purchasing some pizza for the kids but when we got in all that was available was chips and cokes. No other food was made even though they have the equipment to do. Maybe for the best since I did notice a small fly issue while we were here. Restrooms definitely need more maintenance and the place just has a dingy air about it. Yes we had an OK time but I wouldn't think of this as a regular leisure spot and probably won't be back.
This is our first visit. We will be back. Staff is friendly, professional, fun, and safety-conscious. The place is very clean. All equipment looks well-maintained. Good price. Snacks offered at a decent price, too. My boys had a blast! Glad to have this near us.
I've brought my church youth group here several times, and they've really enjoyed it. The staff is very polite and courteous. They've had our reservation locked and ready to go each time we've gone. Fun for both children and adults. Love this place!!
As much as I want to give this place 5 stars..... I can't . The young lady who checked me in was friendly, smiled and answered my questions with great customer service. My hostess....not so much. I tried to get her to smile, but it was obvious she was ready to go. We all have those days. However, when you're a hostess for a child's birthday party as much as that is , you have to get some energy from somewhere! Overall, my daughter enjoyed her birthday party with friends and family, but as a parent, I expected great customer service, interaction and supervision throughout the facility. I may go again, but I will not have another birthday party there.
