I went last night and the lady was completely out of her job rules. It was 10 to 9 when we arrived and we got in 5 minutes before 9 she quickly came to us and said there’s no more washing!!! We said the sign says till 9? She said no more. We wasted gas money we went from San Fernando all the way from Maclay and foothill,got our 4 kids ready all their snacks and my husband was going to have them in the car and grab something to eat meanwhile I washed. I quickly said ok can i just wash my husbands clothes from work those are emergency clothes and once I went to the car she immediately went to close all doors and started laughing at us. I say she had such an evil laugh. A customer - a nurse came and said why did they not let you in it’s not even 9 ???? I said I don’t know. she told me that they let people in even after 9. I guess it’s only their friends. I don’t go to make friends I have the necessity to wash like normal people. I was so disappointed. The only reason I went there is because we’re a family of 7 and I was gifted laundry cards to go wash and my apartments laundry isn’t working I had to waste double on gas and having to pay for laundry. It was my first experience there . I spoke to the lady in the morning once because I wanted to get informed towards the cards and she was such a polite human like lady.

Attendant smokes cigarettes in the little side room. Entire laundromat now filled with smoke. Now my hair and clothes smell of smoke. Great to fold "clean" clothes in a smoke-filled room. Cannot wait to open a drawer or closet at home and smell cigarette smoke. AVOID. And it takes twice as long to dry your clothes because the stupid card only lets you enter one cycle. It just says "busy,' not the time remaining. And it has a cool-down period. So you have to constantly watch it to restart it. And it starts from cold all over again. Takes almost double the time as my other laundromat. Once I have used-up the money on this stupid card, I will not be back.

The young lady that works all mornings has every little corner shiny and clean! The place looks sketchy too many homeless around the area and i see gangster parked at night.

This laundromat is like no other laudromat I have ever used, it was spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, there were plenty of machines. I counted over 60 large dryers and plenty of small and very large machines good for bed spreads. There were no quaters needed and hassle with. I will be going there on a regular basis.

Very shady area, especially at night. There's a lot of crazy people that are just looking to a robbery to anyone. Also there's hardly even parking. This area has no control.

The person that cleans is not fair she only opens the bathroom she only  opens the door to her friends and to me that’s not fair not a good service they have to improve the personal

New staff, better customer service and lowered prices.

Team members very helpful

It is rubbish the person who attends is powerful a lady wanted to go into the bathroom I do not let her go because she is not washing she comes often to praise me

Every day their prices increase and many of their machines do not work their dryers poor service should the city take action on the matter.
