Love Just Ladies Fitness - they have a large selection of machines and weights to choose from and a bunch of friendly faces! Alison always welcomes me with a big smile and great conversation, and I'm planning on continuing my membership for a long time.

Awful! Every time I would go work out, to be healthy, there would be employees outside smoking. The air smells like smoke, the employee walking in with me stink like smoke, it's disgusting. No sound system for weeks, heat and a/c issues, extremely old tv's and equipment. There are so many other options out there for working out and tanning than this place. Just Ladies Fitness AND At the Beach Tanning are unprofessional and very dated.

Great small place with adequate equipment for self motivated types. Love that it's all ladies and not the stench of the larger gyms. Central location is an extra perk!

So happy I chose just ladies fitness! Love coming in to welcoming faces, especially Alison who is always so helpful!

Love the hours and group classes plus can tan after working out...

The staff here is very friendly and it's never too crowded any time I'm here.
