Description

Midtown Athletics is a training facility that combines strength-based movements and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to build a powerful but toned physique.

Group workouts are 45 minutes in length and will include dynamic stretching and mobility exercises, compound lifts and HIIT (tabatas, AMRAPS, circuits, EMOMs, etc.) and will close with static stretching. Group workouts will be staggered throughout the day and are open to men and women of all fitness levels - from beginner to experienced athlete. The daily workout will be the same at all sessions and will be made available to those wanting to participate in "Open Gym" time. Open Gym times will be unsupervised for those not able to make it to a Athletic HIIT Class.

The facility will be outfitted with Rogue Fitness Equipment and will have barbell rigs for compound movements, dumbbells, kettle bells, rowers, bands, boxes, medicine balls, turf and so much more - A playground for adults!

Midtown Athletics is owned in conjunction with Midtown Martial Arts, a Tae Kwon Do school that is conveniently located in the same facility. We offer family discounts, joint membership discounts, and teacher discounts. No contracts. No enrollment fees. Ever.

Midtown Athletics is one of a kind! The workouts are challenging, but still allow flexibility for modifications to meet you where you are on your fitness journey. They have the best coaches and the best classmates. Nothing compares to the atmosphere here. Positive vibes all around. I love it!
This place is great in so many ways! The trainers are fantastic and create a welcoming and encouraging environment. The workouts are the right kind of TOUGH. I have done crossfit in the past and loved the movements but not the ego drive attached to it. This gym has similar workouts but will encourage scaling in order for their members to take care of their body in the season it's in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have been going to Midtown Athletics since Feb. of 2019 and have enjoyed my time throughout the years. The trainers are so helpful and friendly. Its such a welcoming environment! For all fitness levels which is why I'll continue to support them.
I have been using midtown athletics for their nutrition coaching since 2019. It has not only has completely changed my relationship with myself and with food it has also unlocked a love for strength training and cooking healthy meals! If you are looking for a group of coaches who actually take pride in their work and don’t look at you as just another number and really do want to see all your wins and celebrate those then I highly recommend investing with them, they will change your life like they have for me :-.
I LOVE Midtown Athletics! There’s something really special about this place. This is a smaller gym with big results. The workouts are challenging with tons of variations making it accessible for all fitness levels. This type of workout may seem intimidating to women— Midtown has figured out how to make any human, including women, feel comfortable even when trying new things. You’ll be amazed at the things you can do over time. Your mental health just as important will also thank you for joining Midtown. There is such a fun, supportive community of members that will push you and cheer you on simultaneously. Last but not least and absolutely very important, playlists are fire. Definitely check them out! First class is free.
So thankful I found Ashley and Bryan Tosh’s gym! Killer, fun, exciting! The coaches are so personable. The environment is friendly and CLEAN not to mention SO CUTE and “athletic”. It’s small but packed with a punch! Class sizes are perfect and never intimidating! So all levels feel challenged and safe! Truly love this spot. you’ll feel right at home and definitely get what you’re looking for in coaching!
When I moved to Tulsa, one of my first priorities was to find a gym that fit my style. A friend told me to check out Midtown Athletics, and I'm so glad they did! The workouts are fun and challenging never the same and never boring and the energy of the members/coaches really sealed the deal. Great space, convenient location, top notch equipment, fun and welcoming people, and the music playlists never disappoint.
