Although the doctors did everything they could to save my fathers life I know that this hospital has bad reviews because of the front desk customer service and not the nurses but the charge Nurse who were in charge on the 12th floor during overnight and early morning back in 2021 to be specific March 25-June 1st of 2021. If anyone can find her, let her know that because of her rude attitude and her actions of being unkind and hateful to my mother and our family during the worst time of our lives has caused us all to hate this hospital. The hospital advertised that it was a family felt welcoming hospital but what you preach is not what you are. That one person has caused so much trauma and hurt to my family and she did not care that my father was dying. She did not care about our feelings or what we were going through and yet she still kept on talking about the policy of the hospital. But I will not be like her and hope one day when she’s on your death bed that this kind of situation doesn’t happen to her or anyone else. It’s not a good feeling to be told the love of your life can’t be by your side just because they don’t know English or they are in the way just because you can’t communicate with them. It’s actually unbearable. I hope she never have the chance to do another family like how she did mines. I have restless nights and still have nightmares thinking why did I even leave my father in her care. That’s my deepest regret. Maybe she sleeps good at night knowing she can say or do whatever she likes if someone disagrees with her but in her position she should be the most understanding of all people and yet she seem like she was the devil ready to take any life away without any consequences. I hate this hospital all because of one person and I will tell anyone and everyone I meet not to leave your love one there if that charge nurse is still employed there. Don’t do it…. Don’t live on in regret like me

This hospital is great when it comes to the babies side. They do such a terrific job. It’s very clean. What these people do is incredible. I was bless with a baby girl. Whom was not full term. They did everything in there power to keep her healthy. They offer so much.

My grandpa was admitted to the hospital on 7/27 we were on the 10th floor. They did not give him a bath the whole time he was there until someone complained and they finally gave him a sponge bath on 7/30 he was then in the hospital until 8/2 and was never given another sponge bath and they never changed his bed sheets only ONCE! My grandpa and my family are very disappointed. He did not feel like he was taken very good care of! He was very sad and miserable there.

The Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother let me start working at the hospital when I was a freshman in high school and when I graduated from Highschool the made sure I had a scholarship to Nursing School. I graduated top of my class and had to give a speech.I was so nervous that was standing there trying to start. Father Ross our priest at the hospital. When he saw I wasn’t beginning to talk he whispered ,Helen I knew you were doing your homework in my class. I turned around and said you did!!! Then I was able to give my speech. Without the nuns and priest I wouldn’t have been able to become a nurse. They are always in my thoughts and prayers.

I can't say enough good things about this amazing hospital and their employees! From the doctors to the staff that takes out the trash and dirty linens they are an absolutely amazing team and can't be patted on the back hard enough for such a well done job! Cafeteria workers, staff, volunteers everyone is so great, kind, and compassionate!

Great service. The RN"s and physician were really great listeners. I just don't understand why you keep informing Dr Gordon, a physician I haven't seen in years, instead of my current physician Nicole Striker at the East Side Morton.

It was a very sad but nice hospital all in all. The room was very spacious, so that made it nice considering that there were quite a few of us in the room at the same time.

Horrible service they have absolutely no sympathy. Workers have attitudes after you’ve been waiting 10 hours in the emergency area with a pain level 10. This hospital brings people to tears because they don’t work for you, just their hours

I went to St John Medical Center in Sapulpa for the emergency room only because the doctor at urgent care sent me over there with a recommendation to get a CT scan. I showed the recommendation to the nurses and doctor at the emergency room, but I was completely ignored! The doctor refused to order any type of scan. He only ordered blood work to be done, then it took 3 individuals to even get the blood from me. I was in so much pain and was basically neglected in my room. My sister was with me and couldn’t believe how they did me. They left me without offering a pillow or blanket. They left a syringe with blood in it as well as trash everywhere next to me. They were not friendly at all. I just wanted to get out of there. I will never go back to St John and will never recommend them to anyone. I don’t know why anyone goes there. They were so unprofessional and incompetent. Also, the doctor told me he “thought” I had some kind of infection even though my blood work came back fine. He guessed at it. My only symptoms were a lot of pain in my back on the right side, and I had a large swelling on the right side of back with no injuries to cause it. This is why I need the scan that he refused to order.

The staff is the best in kindness and compassion . You are the most important person to the staff no matter what your needs are. I would never have been able to make it after open heart surgery if not for the fabulous and wonderful human beings at St John's Medical Center. I thank you and God Bless . .
