Our fitness training method allows us to train for shorter periods, usually around 20 minutes, while delivering significant physical fitness results. Our method is evidenced based which means you see fitness improvements using bench mark data.
You can train individually or in a small group. Contact us for details. What is unique about training with us is you set up a regular training time, and if on a particular day you are unable to meet that time, no problem, we always have other available times where we can fit you in. It works great for those who require flexible schedules.
With our fitness program comes a nutrition plan. In fact, to get the best results, you need to focus on nutrition. You simply cannot exercise away poor nutrition.
