I won't sell you a thing I will help you get motivated and help you get up and move. Also help you thank of a different way to look at the way you eat.
I look at eating as a change in what I eat not a diet. So just change one meal a day for a week and the next week, change two meals and eventually, you will be eating better. Just look at things like that and you will change how you look at food.
