Justen Wonder Lake Funeral Home

I'd like to commend Justen's funeral home for their professionalism after the sudden death of my mother. After her passing, I was not in a good place, but everyone who I dealt with that day, and in the following weeks, treated me with the utmost compassion and care. From those who removed her body from the home, those who I worked with reguarding setting up her cremation, and especially with the after care of dealing with finances and problems left behind, every single person I encountered helped make a difficult time more manageable, and I cannot thank them enough for that. EDIT Oct. 26, 2022: Having dealt once again with Justen's funeral home after the death of my brother in Sept. of 2022, I stand by my previous review regarding their amazing service in that difficult time. All those that I dealt with... those who removed my brother's body no small feat, as my brother was a big man, those who helped me set up his cremation, and their after care services... were top notch, and I cannot thank them enough. I appreciate them being there for me, and making everything run smoothly.

I remember when the owner threatened to throw my mother's ashes away because I couldn't pay him as a young adult and had tragically lost my mother. I was waiting on a state check to cover her cremation as she had little to no family. He did not care and I will never forget the cold, callous disregard for my sister and I. I would never use this family name for funeral services

Justen's entire staff was caring and wonderful in helping prepare my husband's cremation services. I have worked with Justen when my mother-in-law passed away over ten years ago. Again, they answered all questions and were patient with my son and I while making decisions on a variety of things. Their after care Nikki services were also very beneficial. She was able to talk me through a list of things that were very important and email that list as well. I was very happy and pleased to know that it didn't just end with the cremation services, but went beyond so that I can have a sense of peace too. Thank you so much Justen.
