This has to be one of the best pet stores I’ve ever been to. It’s a quaint little shop off the beaten path that caters to dogs and cats. The owner at K9 Kitchen understands how much we love our pets, just as she does, and provides healthy hippie alternatives for dogs with anxiety, injuries, etc. while I was in the shop I watched one gentleman pull a package of Hemp & Mushroom treats to look at the price. He was shocked! He’s been driving to Berkeley for these treats and paying a higher price, at that. He was so happy that he found these treats in a shop so close to home; not to mention, so close to the restaurants they like to frequent. So here I am looking at all the choices of what type of food or treats are available for my dog and I got to witness one of the most personal and inviting exchanges between the owner and a patron. I felt immediately at ease and started buying a little of everything in the store; leather leash, rope leash, dog food, salmon and cod skins, new water bowl, and even beef lung treats. I’m still not sure about buying rabbit ears, pig snouts, or duck head treats, but I watched one woman swear by them for her dogs. Even if I’m not buying anything in particular, I will definitely be back for dog advice as well as the $10 dog bath. Thank you for providing such an open and and inviting place for me and my dog.

I feel bad because this review is so overdue and I had such a heartwarming experience with Jeniffer and Sherry at K-9 Kitchen LLC. A lot has happened since my first communication with them and visit to their ADORABLE store. Nonetheless, I felt so compelled by my experience with this store I offered to write a review. Sherry is the owner of K-9 Kitchen LLC and Jeniffer is her friend that helps her run this amazing business. They met at a Dog Park which was such a cute back story of how their business relationship came to be. I cannot speak more highly of both of these ladies and the products that are carried at this store. This is a store that caters to discerning animal guardians or “Pet Parents” as I prefer to be called. We are so fortunate to have a place like this locally for our furry family members. They have a well-appointed bathing area, great parking, even better customer service, a real passion for helping companion animals, and carry only the finest products. I called first and spoke with Sherry before my visit on my quest to find Answers products and anything else that will help my Tinky. Sherry is an RN which speaks volumes to me especially after visiting her store; in addition to making further sense as to why she’s in business and carries the products that she does. I was blown away and thoroughly impressed by their set up upon walking in. The store is beyond adorable, very boutique like and the attention to detail is second to none. You can tell right away that this is more than a business but rather a project built from passion. It is evident that this business is not about sales primarily, it’s more about advocating and providing the very best we can for the 4-legged ones that count on us. They definitely have variety and also carry hard to find items such as Answer’s, the good supplements that you can trust, clothing, food multiple types from raw to pantry stable, treats, bathing supplies and more. All of which are the best quality for very reasonable prices. For our area, quality and level of customer service they provide, their prices are very low. I left this place feeling like I wanted to tip them because of how they made me feel and the education they also provide to their customers. Please do shop here and support ethical small businesses such as this one. During a time, such as now with the Pandemic, it is very important to spend our money wisely. I spent a lot more than I expected but only because their offerings exceeded my expectations. I don’t like to spend money frivolously so it was very nice to be at a store where that isn’t an option. Everything in this store is potentially money well spent especially for the peace of mind. I cannot recommend this store enough so please do support them. Sherry and Jeniffer are quality type of people and huge animal lovers. I brought my Tinky along and got to meet some of their furbabies too. They are very responsible dog guardians and put their customer’s dogs first. Some Pet Friendly businesses aren’t as considerate but K-9 Kitchen LLC is not one of them. Thank you, K-9 Kitchen LLC, for being well above the fray. Thank you for carrying only the finest, having top notch customer service and creating such an inviting and safe atmosphere. The Duck eggs, Colloidal Silver, Raw Goat’s Milk and Kefir, Cheese, incredibly soft and warm sweater thank you Jeniffer for showing it to me and wonderful conversation were all very much appreciated! I will be back and hopefully also be a customer for a very long time.

A very cute and personal store that has all the healthy treats, foods, and supplies for your furry friend. The owner is particularly knowledgeable and if you are thinking about switching your pet to a more raw/natural diet, she will give you insightful advice and recommendations. I will definitely be there with my dog many more times in the near future!

Sherry is the absolute best and her customer service is unmatched. She’s super accommodating and has an excellent selection of top grade products. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. 10/10 recommend! Support small, local businesses!!

What a wonderful shop! We were having lunch nearby and noticed the sign so we thought we would stop in. There are so many cute gift items, collars and food reats. Not to mention the self-service dog wash station! I’m so excited to have something like this locally and look forward to supporting this gem.

The warmest, most inviting place to take, and shop for your pet anywhere! My dog hates baths, but the cozy and well-appointed K-9 Kitchen stalls were a gift from Above. You won't know what you're missing until you go there yourself.

Wanted to wash my pup today and she is anxious around other dogs. They had 2 dogs off leash, one in the front so I couldn’t even walk in. I told them the situation, and they said they would leash the dogs, but they never did. Won’t go back. We should show love to all dogs.

Store manager was very kind and helpful. Felt more cozy of a store compared to petco that feels like a Costco

Super nice little shop, I prefer to go here o we pet food express. Also the baths are cheaper and higher quality!
