Terrific walking path! We walked just one mile from the southern trail head and back. The trail is paved and therefore an easy walk. There are also benches to relax. Great views, even on a cloudy day. Note that some maps and guides refer to this trail as Fort Bragg Coastal Trail and/or Noyo Point Road.
Great trail! Wheelchair accessible, you can bike, walk, run, and even bring the kids in a stroller! Been waiting for this trail to be developed for a long time and I'm glad it finally goes all the way to MacKerricher!
