Kadhim, Thikra Dr-Metro Plex Health Systems

My question is, Why does my husband have to pay a $1 for a mask because he didn’t have one on with him? A sign says “No Mask No Service” I have seen “ No Shoes No Service” but To see this in my doctors office is disturbing and plain wrong. I don’t care about a $1 it’s the principal. for a doctors office to charge a patient for a mask. Another gentleman came just to pick up a prescription refill for about 2 seconds and he also had to purchases one. Nowhere else do I have to purchase a mask that should be given to the patients! Unbelievable!

Rude and unprofessional front desk staff. They are very disrespectful and don't care one bit about anyone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dr. Kadhim is a great Dr. She knows you personality and really is honest about everything. I love her. The staff is very friendly also.
