I visited the Frederick Medical Center Pharmacy 08/31 today I meet the acquaintance of a Pharm Technician. She was professional and pleasant. She was the only one at the window Love her name but can’t recall. Unique name she has. Anywise she went Above & beyond in ensuring my refill came through. My PCP is on vacation till 9/5 Great smile, service was prompt and delightful. She made my experience seamless

We had our 20 week anatomy scan today and she was so great! Friendly and talked us through everything. The cable for the screen was wonky and kept going in and out she might need a new one but other than that it was a great visit!!

Had my 20 week ultrasound. Coralia was absolutely AMAZING!! She took her time explaining what we were looking at and she gave us so many great pictures!

Coralia was friendly, kind and accommodating. Going to the doctors with my infant twins can be both daunting and overwhelming, with coralia I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her, she was patient with me and my daughter during her ultrasound. I appreciate healthcare professionals like her.

Nyssa was absolutely a delight at the reception! In a day where people no longer care about other humans Nyssa showed me that there are still some amazing people who have a true passion and love for what they do! I came in for an urgent need with no appointment for my daughter. Instead of just saying we don't have urgent care she decided to go above and beyond to try and find me a nurse that could help. She ended up even doing 1 better a doctor that was available even though they had no pediatrician for the day! We need more people like her. There was another gentleman a few weeks ago that helped in the same manner when the other receptionist refused to help. I did not get his name but I believe he is the only gentleman that works there as a receptionist too. I'm grateful for people like them.

My tech today was Coralia and I cannot say enough good thing about her. So welcoming and comfortable. Very reassuring and personable. Wish she could be my tech every pregnancy

This is my first visit to Kaiser. There were ample time for all clarifications. That doctor took a great care in examining and provided a comprehensive briefing. Excellent and friendly service.

Coralia was phenomenal! She was personable, thorough in her work, and made it such a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Coralia and all the staff at the Frederick location! They are really caring and just all around it’s been a wonderful experience every time I’ve come to this Kaiser location.

I had my anatomy scan around 6 days ago and it was a 2 hr nightmare!! The ladytechnician that did my pregnancy ultrasound was pushing so hard cause she couldn’t get clear images of the baby’s brain and it hurt so much even though I told her she didn’t stop putting pressure, my stomach feels bruised and I can feel it’s tender when I touch there. The next day I couldn’t even walk!!

Love love Coralia! She’s awesome. She stayed after hour therefore my baby could be seen. Coralia was gentle with my 1month old baby and was attentive.
