Kaiser still requires you to wear a mask... and they do have them at the door. Really changing to a hands-off experience checking in. Most everything is done on your phone and digital monitors. It's easy to get in and out.
The call I received from them today twice just killing me. KP Gold plan for $500 a month insurance plan doesn’t allowed me to be just a patient of their service. They a totally disrespectful to a patient. Simple peace of cake service not allowed to have. Refused revived injections for no reason. Refused to have appointments with a doctor. Refused have a simple blood test. Are you guy’s really?????
I had a good experience at the optometry center, besides the doctors fast paced attitude trying to get me out the door as fast as possible. I then had an appt with my regular doctor and it went okay. I was then sent to Labs and EKG. Labs went swimmingly, the phlebotomist did an awesome job, I didn’t feel a thing and she was very personable. My issue didn’t come until I went to get my EKG. I waited 40mins after paying my co-pay. I was seen by a man, don’t know his name he didn’t introduce himself. And he showed me to a back room, and asked “so what’s the deal?” I’m here for an EKG? He proceeds to ask me why and what for and all the like. I told him my doc just ordered it and I was suppose to get it done right now. He never looked me up in the system or anything, instead, he told me to come back later in the afternoon because my order wasn’t urgent. Unfortunately that wasn’t an option for me bc I’m a night shift worker and it was already 11:30 am by the time I was seen. I told him this and said “then come back Monday” Very very nice. I waited over half an hour after PAYING for this EKG, only to be told in a rushed and pay-no-mind manner, that since my order wasn’t urgent, I needed to come back later. Very disheartening and frustrating. I feel dismissed and unimportant to Kaiser. Very disappointed in my service.
Booked appointment online and find a good time slot for this location for next day. Plenty of parking space around the building. We came 10 minutes before the appointment, and got shot on time. After the shots, the nurse asked if the girl feel dizzy. My daughter says yes, the nurse immediately gave her juicy to drink, and let her laying down to rest a few minutes before let us leave. Overall experience is very good, and my daughter loves here.
We came to the center for a physical and to receive vaccines. When we arrived at the reception desk, we were met with a receptionist who was extremely rude and impatient. It was clear to me that this receptionist had no interest in helping me, and her behavior was both discourteous and dismissive. I just hope I can never see her grumpy and cold face again. WORST experience ever. I just filed a complaint on Kaiser website.
Dr. Bhullar has been taking care of me for 12 years at this location. He is best in class with his experience and care. If your needing to pick a new MD or new to town and trying to secure care choose Kaiser and choose Dr. Bhullar. Angela
As good as any other Kaiser medical offices. Has pharmacy, lab and offices. Also provide routine and flu vaccination. Not a COVID vaccination site.
I was there today for the eye checkup. the lady on the front desk was extremely uncooperative. as a patient i have the full right to know what would be my cost of any treatment they are offering. she straight denied to tell any cost and said i will get bill posted to my home address and she doesn't know anything. her attitude was a completely denial. the worst part all of her colleagues were supporting her treated me non required or un expected to their hospital. please avoid this hospital.
We haven't had any bad experiences with KP. We have been here 3.5 years.
It's okay to go here to pick up pills, but do not go here for a doctor's visit. I was in severe pain and needed to see a doctor immediately. A lazy and unsympathetic receptionist sneered at me and told me to wait two weeks to see a doctor. When, I could see a nurse, the two nurses were too scared to diagnose me and I was in pain. Later, I had to go to the Walnut Creek ER. But, that's the thing, isn't it? Kaiser delays health care for profits; they can charge more for the ER than preventable antibiotics. What a sorry state America's health care is in that I had to go to the ER and it costs me my health and money thanks to their negligence. Tomorrow, I am officially filing a complaint against the Livermore and I will go to the Dublin Kaiser for adequate treatment from now on.
