I am a medical assistant for a different healthcare system and will be starting nursing school in January, so I needed vaccinations for compliance. This Kaiser got me in within a week, and my nurse Nancy Flinn gave me COMPLETELY PAINLESS immunizations. She even gave me valuable tips that I know I will use in my nursing career. Sapphire at the check-in desk was friendly and incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to help me with a little snag I ran into with my compliance deadline. She did not ever make me feel like I was inconveniencing her, and she might have made all the difference in me meeting my deadlines for nursing school. When I graduate, I would love to come here and be a part of this impressive team.
The nurse who took me in prior to seeing the doctor was very nice. She was very professional and very kind. Dr Cosyleon is always wonderful to see. She takes time to explain things well and is very thorough with her examination and discussions.
My visit went better than I could have imagined. Having arrived slightly before the recommended check in time I was able to get my flu shot at the immunization table next to the primary care waiting area. Then Dr. Mericle was fantastic and performed a quick shave biopsy to remove the small growth above my ankle that I was expecting to just beging the request/approval process for an out patient procedure. Dr. Mericle did an amazing job and vastly exceeded my expectations.
Very quick service, everyone was so nice and kind. They were so good at giving us the shots that my kids were shocked that they didn’t hurt at all. They even asked if we could have the same nurses for next time they need a vaccine. Thank you!

Dr Brian Rothschild is always caring and professional. He always answers my questions and advises me what steps to take to get precancerous/skin cancer under control! I feel he really cares and wants the best for me. I’m grateful HE is my doctor
Dr Murphy is very professional, thorough and very personable. She takes as much time as needed to make sure we have the best prescription possible. Eyes are so very important.
It was great. I was able to walk in, get seated, get vaccinated and outta there within 15 minutes. I expected a long line and to need to wait for about an hour. The nurses there were really nice and fun to talk to. This was an awesome experience. I hope that I get the same treatment when I go back for the rsv and Covid vaccinations.
While I give the nurse and 2 techs I interfaced with high praise, the doctor gets minus stars. Kaiser is the worst! The 'doctor on call' I was assigned did not listen, didn't address the real problem, and refuses to give a referral after multiple requests. She stated, "not in this visit", but then wasted my time pushing preventative care testing unrelated to anything. The person I saw knew nothing about the cardiovascular systems. I present with numb feet, history of broken blood vessels, a heart valve issue and long family history. She orders xrays then tells me I don't have a fracture. No kidding! The imaging people could not understand why I was there with full range of motion. Then she says "I am going with sprain." I have no injury or swelling. I took pictures as I watched the vessel ballooning. Since I came to Kaiser two years ago no one will address serious cardiovascular medical issues, even though I am now documenting my issues as they happen. Others are now telling me they could not get care either and had no choice but to find other insurance. This appt is getting reported to the Colorado Division of Insurance for unnecessary testing, refusal to provide actual treatment, and writing false records. I am also going to insist the company stop offer Kaiser immediately. They are a medical device company and should hold Kaiser to a reasonable standard of care for their employees.
My PCP wanted me to have a bone scan and the only place I could go for it was the Arapahoe site. Once I got there, it was fine but it was a pretty far drive for me. It would be nice to have this service at more Kaiser locations if possible.
