After 20 years of primary care, centennial health “fired” all patients 65 and younger. No phone call. Just a cold letter telling us to find someone else. Not cool.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lunn's for 30 years. He is the best PCP. He is attentive compassionate, knowledgeable & he cares about his patients. The front reception staff are wonderful. The customer service message system is fast & very responsive. His NP Mariah is outstanding. And a LIVE person always answers the phone. That is truly excellent customer service!
Called to book an appointment for an established patient, because she has chest congestion in her 90’s so we thought it best she was seen by her doctor!!!!, the answering service who booked appointments said they were UNABLE to book her appointment because she had 1 Covid symptom— and this was Centennial Health’s “policy”, even after explaining she is fully vaccinated, with no other symptoms, and she has not had a fever. You have to be kidding me. Will be changing her primary care physician if this is how Centennial handles elderly patients with allergies.
If you can go somewhere else please do. The standard of care has changed here. I had been a patient for over 14 years and my treatment has, for the past couple of years, been less that professional and less than thorough. The clinic as formerly known as Oklahoma City Clinic changed hands a couple of years ago. I recently had a nurse practitioner lie to me and tell me that my insurance would not cover an MRI for part of breast cancer screening and she suggested a more invasive procedure. Only to call my insurance company and find out that the practitioner was totally in error. Whenever I complained to the clinic, not only did the nurse practitioner like about what she said, my concerns were handled internally pretty much brushed aside. This is one of many concerns that I have with this place a at this time. After 14 years I have chosen to dissolve my care here and find a place that really cares for its patients. I was really hurt and literally cried because I know that I am not the only one. This combined with the cold nature of their care providers was the last straw for me. And to top it off I had to call over a week weeks to get my blood pressure meds filled because they just forgot about it for over one week. I'm very hurt . Please check around.
As others have mentioned, great doctors, not great leadership. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they do not accept it unless you over 60. Scott Potter is slowly driving this place into the ground. I wonder how long it will be until they have to change their name again due to a bad reputation. Some really great doctors here, they just need a better leadership team.
Great Doctors that is not the problem.....it is the board of Directors that is the issue. They decided after period end when you cannot change your provider that they will no longer accept Blue Lincs for patients under 60! Talk about age discrimination!!! I had a wonderful doctor that has helped me through some tough medical troubles and just like that with any warning...GONE! I have no back up plan... no references or recommendations for another doctor all while I need to be seen TODAY!

Dr. Pere Foster has been my doctor for over 20 years! He is the best!!! Very caring and knowledgeable!
Great clinic been seeing them for years when they were located in other areas. Dr. Page is a great doctor who has always taken great care of my family.
If you're NOT 60 OR OVER THEY WONT HELP YOU , No SAME Day,No walk-ins , NEXT
