"The Oklahoma Health Care Authority OHCA administers two health programs for the state.The first is SoonerCare, Oklahoma's Medicaid program. SoonerCare works to improve the health of qualified Oklahomans by ensuring that medically necessary benefits and services are available. Qualifying Oklahomans include certain low-income children, seniors, the disabled, those being treated for breast or cervical cancer and those seeking family planning services.The second program OHCA operates is Insure Oklahoma, which assists qualifying adults and small business employees in obtaining health care coverage for themselves and their families."

Impossible to get a live person on the phone. Have left many messages. No return phone calls. Endless prompts on voicemails. Tax dollars fund state agencies. Unacceptable. Received a bill from THREE YEARS ago that is not accurate and I cannot get any assistance. UNACCEPTABLE.
Spent an hour on the phone only to be told I couldn’t get my dad enrolled and then put on hold for almost 45 minutes. Tried to enroll myself and my rep got locked out of her account mid application so I was once again put on hold back to waiting. Ended up hanging up because it’s so difficult to get help from this place.
All of my teeth are broken off do to some medication that my doctor gave to me twice. And I have medicade through sooner care. I am trying to find a oral surgent for adults and there are not any in Oklahoma they only take up to the age of 19. I think this wrong and Sooner care needs to fix this. Why have something that you cannot use.
Still have to pay full price for prescriptions for my kids on soonercare because I don't have the soonercare medical card for my children; even after requesting them several times in the past 3 years.
It is depressing that this institute is one of the main reasons why Oklahoma is one of the top 10 worst states to live in 2020. The state hires ignorant/uneducated employees to try to run facilities to help the public. The state could care less about any issues residing the public's interest! I have personally wrote many letters with valid proof of inconsistencies; trying to get issues resolved. They rarely write back and when they do they completely ignore proof. They make up excuses providing information was not done in a timely manner. Not knowing they never did their job in the first place and they did not document correctly. They make up excuses instead of actually providing help to the public. I have tried calling and NO your customer service is horrible! They owner of this review board is full of it.
It would be great to be able to actually find a human to ask questions of. I have a billing question and can't seem to find a way to talk to anyone about it. When I didn't have the info they wanted, it literally ended the call with the computerized customer service agent.
After being told this is a recorded line, the women then argued with me that my notifications are in my email while I am looking at them. Then tells me my child had a gap in coverage but would not tell me the dates and then huffed and hung up on me when I asked again when was the gap. Did not get her name before she hung up. I will be calling and speaking to a supervisor about this woman. Very unprofessional and not smart behavior portrayed on a recorded line.
From the receptionist to the staff I was met with knowledgeable patient employees who took time to listen to me. They were thorough in the information shared and invited me to call them back if I had any other questions or concerns! Everyday miracle for me!
Placed on hold TWICE without a warning, and ONCE with a “hold on” in one single call with a duration of 27 minutes on a hold I never agreed to. Poor customer service!
Thank you for killing me!
