I just had the best experience offered by Shaniqua sp?  I needed to get shot records for my daughter and was provided the best customer care. She helped navigate me through the steps all with a smile and happy attitude. Best of all, everything was completed in a very timely manner. Today’s a rainy day but she was definitely some sunshine. Thanks again for being so great.

I was directed to the Nw 63rd street location under the guise that walk-ins are accepted. Upon entry, I was quickly greeted by a woman at the front desk who seem to become very stressed that I would even suggest we could walk-in & advised I could probably get an appointment for tomorrow. I showed proof from my public school that this location is listed as a walk-in clinic  My 5yo & I then waited for her to come back from speaking to the head nurse. She then informed us that I could wait for 2-3 hours and they might could get me in-my child needs 3 vaccinations for school. We left-no way could I sit in there for up to 3 hours with my child-both wearing mandatory masks. I took my kid to school & informed them this location NE 63rd Doesnt accept walk ins.. the school nurse then called me to let me know that her most updated information claims they accept walk-ins. While I deal with a possible unexcused absence, no shots even more time out of school.. I want to urge anyone coming to the ne 63rd location to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I since further located on the Health Dept's website that appointments are preferred but walk ins are accepted based on availability. I tried to call ahead & it took me multiple tries/calls of accepting different menu options from their phone system to finally get some access to this location-& my call wasn't even answered. Furthermore, just avoid the hassles that will ensue & call & figure out how to make an appointment.. which I still have yet to find out how to make one and I must take her somewhere else to get vaccines because today was a waste of time and gas.. in which both gas & time are difficult to obtain these days.

I haven't visited anything in the building but the play ground in back is a lot of fun! There is a nice walking trail, too.

They are nice and polite. However, the wait time is ridiculously and unnecessary. They we're even busy and I waited an hour for a vaccination shot. I wasn't brought back until 30 mins. Into my appointment and waited another 15 mins. Just to get the vaccination ready.  They definitely shouldn't do this to their patients.

Had 9:30am appointment, got there at 9:13 to fill out paperwork. Had two walk in patients who stated no appointment time and also her for vaccinations, both called back and out before us who had an appointment. It's now 10:10 still in the lobby, when asked was told they had appointments before ours. They weren't even in the building when we got here and when checking in I clearly heard them say no when asked if they scheduled an appointment.

In June, service here was quick. You could finish your vaccine in 20 mins. but now,July very few people are working here. you should expect to spend 1 hr from your appointment time. be prepared for that. I'm late for work today because of that. Also, vaccination site is "BEHIND the building" keep in mind that.

I honestly don't know how this place is considered a clinic. Been here 2 days in a row trying to get immunization shot. They don't make appointments for immunization unless for travel out of country. I got here yesterday they said 3 - 4 hour wait. Couldn't wait that long. Came back today and there were 3 people here and the first thing they said stepped up to desk was 2 hour wait. I told them I figured. It's as if they don't want to immunize the public. The really try to keep people from staying. Yesterday after front desk person told me 3 -4 hours and a nurse walked up and said no it will be more like 45 minutes. People trying to check in and they can't find them in the system. One woman made them figure it out. They didn't even know she was in system she was here last month. It's like the Keystone Clinic. I don't have anything positive to add. That was my experience.

They say they are open at 8am but I've been calling for 20 mins with no answer. Had an appt for my kids for a vaccine last week for the hep a. Not only did they not recieve the vaccine I inquired about. They couldn't even see me on time for my schedule it was an hour and a half after. Once I get into the room after waiting they inform me they dont have the hep a vaccine I schedule for.  They told me to call and they wont even answer now. For spots "filling up" so quickly you'd think they'd answer the phone after the half dozen times I called!

Required Covid boosters.  Made a reservation and arrived and was in and out including the required waiting time of 30 minutes post injection in less than an hour.  Very professional an had Spanish speakers to assist.

I took an 83 year old to Mercy today for her vaccination.  I was totally amazed and grateful at how professional and efficient everyone was from the people who handled the parking to the person who administered the vaccine. My hat' s off to all of you with sincere and heartful thanks.
