I walk past Kalypso Spa almost daily and finally decided to give it a try, and I regret nothing! Angelique is a super nice woman, she's very easy to talk to and knows a ton about skin care. I opted for the facial that is customized to your skin, so not only did a learn a few new things about my skin care needs, but I ended up getting one of the best facials I've ever received. Over a week later and my pores still are looking good and my skin is clear and glowing. Definitely give it try. It's a small space so it's private, which I appreciate.

This place is hidden gem in Astoria. I am happy about facial treatment as well as body shaping. Angela knows what works best fo you. I saw some comments on Scheduling. One time she was not there when I showed up on appointment time. So I always confirm 2-3 hours before the time. If she improved her scheduling and people skills, I am sure her spa will be the best in Astoria..

This is the best place for any type of facial/spa treatment in Astoria! Angeliki is very talented, she treats you like a princess, and is very attentive to your needs. I never liked facials before because my face would always have a bad reaction. She only uses the best products and makes sure she understands your needs first without irriating your skin! I live in Astoria and discovered Kalyspo Spa heading home one weekend and inquired about microdermabrasion and micro needling treatment for my cystic acne. I’ve had acne problems that left scarring and a rough surface on my skin for years. My first treatment with Angeliki was amazing, we did a deep pore cleaning facial and enzyme peel which immediately after 48 hours the chemical peel completely fell off and I saw how smooth and clear my skin looked. She recommended “Glo” skin products for my oily type of skin and within 2 days it’s as though I was wearing a new face. I can’t tell you how shocked I was, I couldn’t believe it was me. Two weeks later, I started my first micro needling and when I say my skin looks fabulous I wanted to cry. The pores appeared minimized and my skin looked like a baby. Clear and shining with a smooth glow, naturally!! This is only one treatment thus far but I can only imagine what futures treatments will transform my skin. Angeliki is a angel, she’s informative, professional and warm. I love her spirit and we bond so well. I had been facing severe cystic acne for three years, which also caused me to have very deep and dark acne scars. Going to Kalypso spa not only helped improve my skin from the outside but also helped me find out that my acne problem was being caused by a dairy allergy that I was not aware of. I have been going there for more than a year and I am more than satisfied, I do not have those pimples anymore. I have received many compliments on my skin. The micro needling treatment is wonderful for treating acne scars and currently my scars are almost unnoticeable.
