Astoria Occupational Therapy is an outpatient Occupational Therapy and Health Coaching practice which strives to enable clients to succeed in meeting their wellness goals. The practice was built after 8 years of practicing in hospital settings, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clinics to fulfill my passion in providing compassionate care that is individualized and client-driven. I am dedicated to helping my clients live a pain-free life and be as active as they wish. Whether you suffer from a chronic condition, or are recovering from surgery, I will work with you to lessen the pain and speed healing and strengthening. Some of the therapeutic techniques I employ are manual therapy, neuromuscular taping, low level laser therapy and many more.
At Astoria Occupational Therapy, I also provide health coaching for clients that wish to improve their general health and well-being. I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
The core belief of Astoria OT is that perfect balance is comprised of movement, work, leisure, nutrition, hobbies, and relationships.
I accept all major insurances, including Medicare.
