Never be deceived by the looks outside of the place. Cause it is way more decent looking inside in the party room. The party room is good for intimate/ small party of 30. The fried chicken and fish fillet was spot on. For those who loves karaoke, you can after the party.Food: 5/5

Kapit Bahay has been running its business more like Kaput Bahay in recent months. Food quality has deteriorated recently. I usually patronize locally owned neighbourhood restaurants but may not return to KB after my last visit. The small serving size and diminishing food quality disappoint even the most loyal customers. It could be because of economics understandably, but it has severely impacted their service quality. There is no doubt that restaurant owners have embraced this upgrade option "at an extra fee" and will soon charge an additional fee for patis Filipino fish sauce and bagoong shrimp paste. The restaurant owners should be aware of the growing number of customers choosing other restaurants over theirs. As a patron, I understand the economics of running a restaurant. I want local businesses to survive and thrive in these tough economic times. However, I challenge intelligent business owners to maintain quality and service. Instead, get creative and offer daily specials, drink specials, add a dessert or Filipino-style drinks to meals and charge a meal combo. At least then, we can still enjoy dining at your restaurant and pay for the upgrade without sacrificing quality or service.

Ordered food through uber. Food arrived it was hot and looks good. But the size of food given was very disappointing for the price you pay. Especially the fish size. We should have bought Chinese food. We probably could get more dishes and larger quantity of food on delivery for the same price. Not recommended for take out.

Looked forward to trying based on reviews, the lumpia was lovely but everything else was delivered cold not room temp, barely warmer than the fridge cold. And we ordered the 2 most popular dishes.

Everything was delicious! I really enjoyed the flavours and the taste of homemade food.

A great place to get halo halo on a hot summer day! Combo 1 includes noodle or rice any side dish and a drink. We got two halo halos and combo 1 for $21

Very warm welcoming reception and delicious food at an economical price. Moreover, you can choose from plethora of items, which also keep changing daily. Definitely recommended!
