I was looking for some children's clothes for my ever growing daughter's and Kerri was super helpful. It was like I had my own personal shopper. She was great at helping to pick colors that worked for each girl one being fair skin and the other more olive complexion. Kerri also helped to entertain the children while we shopped by providing some colors and coloring pages. Highly recommend Dillard's children's department.
Jessica, the manager of children's clothing in the Merritt Square Mall did a fashion show on Sarurday, August 5. It was delightful and covered ages 3 to teens! What a great job. All the girls and boys were adorable, all shapes and sizes! Thank you Jessica!
I was there sometime ago and I was looking through the watches... Ms Penny was very helpful and kept me posted on a selection I wanted. I did purchase the watch and got a great savings on it as well. I will be back again in the future.
It's a big store in the mall in merritt Island. It's full of nice things. I'm sure they will have something you will love..
Many of their name brand suits like murono are not made for men taller than 6' To much extra slim suits.
I just left Dillards shoe department and Nancy was the sweetest person! I called in advance to see if they had a certain shoe in stock in my size. A lot of times when you call stores for help, associates can be impatient- That wasn't the case with Nancy. She was so kind, polite and didn't rush me off the phone. When I arrived my shoes were ready to go. She genuinely seemed happy to help me. We had great small talk. People like her make the shopping experience that much better. Thank you Nancy!
Very enjoyable experience. The shoes are always displayed so beautifully and the ones that sparkle always catch my eye. Bought a beautiful pair today! There was also a kids fashion show happening while i was there. Sounded so exciting! Less one star because the clothing options have changed for the junior/young women sized section and the items are very drab and look like secondhand clothes. Idk what happened but i hope your retail buyer sees this and does a better job of ordering up to date items, I normally never walk out without a cute outfit, disappointed.
totally lost this is the 1st first floor only dillards I've been in. they need shopping carts I wanted to piece together an entire outfit from multiple areas plus pair of shoes but only do 1 transaction? this n many other dillards make this nearly impossible
I always have really good luck finding women’s clothes in this store. They’re never crowded, often not as expensive as one might think, and they always have some great sales and clearance items. Nice selection of formal/evening wear, as well as weekend and business casual. Helpful/friendly customer service too!
Dillards has the nicest stuff, better then JCPenney's and I'd say equal to Macy's. Really top of the line merchandise. Always a pleasure to shop or just go for a walk and browse. Workers are friendly and helpful.
