When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

I remember a time when a smiling associate greeted you upon entry, helped you find something you were looking for, and stood at the end of the registers waiting to check customers out... now, customer service has dwindled and you check yourself out. Covid DIDN'T do this, America did. I do love some of the advancements- One is the Walmart+ app. I also love shopping online for groceries and having them delivered or brought to the car. I also love curbside pharmacy. Walmart prices are still good, but they cannot compete with Aldi. This Cocoa location has a long way to go- they do not answer the phones on the main line. If you call and opt to press for a department it is like Russian roulette. You can still see busy associates doing their job- some are doing the job of more than one associate. Some are genuinely happy to be here, others are just going through the motions. One pet peeve of this location are pets. Only service animals are permitted, but people bring in puppies and place them in their carts. Some bring other animals- birds on their shoulder, one lady held a bunny, another brought a monkey in a diaper-it's just silly. If Walmart is going to allow dogs the only approved service animal, then they should be in a vest and guiding their master, not being petted, not barking, and not going up to people. If Walmart is going to allow pets, non service animals, then require they be placed in their own stroller- not carts.
First time here. It’s a Walmart Supercenter meaning it has groceries as well. What a big place. Nice and clean and I found what I was looking for very quickly. With the exception of the long walk to get to it. Automotive is in the back right of the store. Looks like they are undergoing a new paint job or something. Workers are out front with man lifts in operation. If this review was at all helpful please give me a thumbs up
This location has pretty much everything you need, nice and clean and LOVE their parking lot, I feel like I’m somewhere on a exotic island, palmiers galore Wish I lived closer, you guys are much better than the Walmart in Merrit Island, they could surely learn a few things from you. For the lovely young lady that was your 1st day on the job, congratulations you rocked that floor, I’m not gonna lie, it’s not gonna get easier but please don’t stop smiling and as you did flawlessly you asked for help when you couldn’t help me. For the floor lead, thx to you as well you were awesome, you helped me figure out that lotto machine which is has some glitches. I haven’t purchased lotto tickets in ages however because of you I didn’t walk away. You ladies ROCKED! Oh and I did find my favorite fruits cups, which the other Walmart ran out of it… I’m super addicted to these as part of trying to eat healthier. It’s working.
I work here, the customers are honestly the nicest you're going to get. The store manager and some leands though are kinda a§sholes. They treat who they like with respect but if they aren't feeling you it definitely shows. The coach who receives stock, a lady with long hair and big pretty eyes, will treat you like a worker and nothing more. Barely even acknowledges you if she doesn't think you're important. The leads of grocery though are really nice so it's really I guess depending on the section.
Love this place... Chip and best all over amarican...
I really like this Walmart location. It's an older store but very bright and clean. Easy to find what I needed. Also great store pickup experience, employees were very friendly and I did not need to wait long for the order to come out.
Walmart sucks in general. The employees aren’t treated right. Unless you’re a team lead, or higher you don’t get paid time and a half for holidays, or bonuses. I know someone who works there and found out there is a point system and they give you points for calling out sick. Yikes. Fever, body aches, sore throat, coughing, stuffy nose all at once but you’re still expected to come in? Are they supposed to come in and get customers or other employees sick? Your employees are people too. Do better Walmart honestly.
This location is small in comparison to most Super Centers. The store was disgustingly filthy with an abundance of empty shelves.. I don't care to share photos to embarrass anyone.
While on vacation, one of the lenses of my brand new, only worn once, prescription sunglasses not purchased at Walmart fell out and one of the screws was lost. My sister and I were at Walmart early the same morning so I stopped at the Vision Center that wasn’t even open yet since it was early to see if they could do anything with them. The lady that waited on me took them to the back and fixed them - taking a total of about 5 minutes. Thank you!
