Karen's Hallmark Stores

This review is for employee April that works back in the post office part of Karen’s Hallmark in Mesa. I can’t say enough about her excellent, exceptional customer service, each and every time I go there which is once or twice a month at least! She is so kind, caring, professional, friendly, and nice. She always gives great information and advice and is very helpful and pleasant. She is a class act. She’s very good at what she does and goes above and beyond and is consistent! Two thumbs up and five stars for her! She deserves every one of them

I’ve been shopping at this Hallmark for years. I regularly buy snoopy figures that always come in the original box with styrofoam. This last purchase, they did not give me the original box that it comes with. They gave me a thin, flimsy box with tissue paper. The figurine ended up breaking because of how it was packaged. They would not let me exchange it. They said they couldn’t do anything for me which was a lie because corporate ended up issuing me a gift card for the amount I spent. They were just unwilling to help me. It was negligence on their part for not packaging it correctly. They should always take care of the customer.

Omg this store is Beautiful. Staff is sooo accommodating too. They have so many nice things to look at. I went for a birthday card got earrings and other things. Great place to shop..

I shop here often. They have a wide variety of items that appeal to all ages and a great greeting card section. Also the post office in the back of the store is very handy. All of the clerks are courteous and checkout their customers in a timely manner. Never have to wait very long in line. Highly recommend this store for whatever type of gift you're looking to buy!!!

This place is out of business. Update: I drove to your store this afternoon. Suite# 103, per Google maps is on the south end of the strip mall and the unit is empty. I'm sorry for the erroneous message and that I didn't find you. Had to go all the way to San Tan mall to find another Hallmark store.

So the store is fine. I picked out a nice birthday card. I asked if there was a place to mail it from nearby. They pointed to the back corner of the store. I went back there, signed and addressed the card. I asked what it cost to mail and handed the clerk a dollar bill. He handed me my change. I bent down to throw away the bag and receipt and when I looked up, he had placed a big postage sticker on my $6 card instead of the appropriate stamps. Oh my gosh, really!!!
