My wife and I just completed an amendment to our trust that we had initially created with Morris Hall several years back. A lot had changed in our personal situation since we first completed our estate plan including the births of 2 children. The team at Morris Hall was extremely helpful in walking us through the updates and explaining the benefits of certain changes. It is a relief to know that our affairs are in order and our estate plan is up to date.
We had a very wonderful experience with Morris Hall. Tim Hall explained why a trust is so important. They were also very knowledgeable about a Special Needs trust we created for our autistic daughter. I would recommend them to anyone.

Morris Hall and Associates were very through and professional when drawing up the trust. They made sure to cover everything that was needed. She was the one that we always went to to get the answers and to figure out the problems as they came up. My family hired them to prepare the trust for the estate. It was written incorrectly and some of the beneficiaries tried to sue me for money while the father was still alive. I aske these guys to straighten out the trust. Make it say what it was supposed to do that our family could move toward. Instead these guys returned my check abd told me to never ask them for help again. In the end my sister in law accused me of stealing money because she wanted her $$$ but he was still alive trust was writ this way and it was not legally possible and we never talked again. Their error to the trust destroyed our entire family.
Morris Hall, PLLC has done a great job putting together and managing our trust. The process has been easy and seamless. Tim Hall and Ashley Thomes have provided education about the trust and as we move forward they are always available to assist with any questions or concerns we have to keep the document up to date.

My parents used Morris Hall for their estate planning needs for over 25 years, and they were very happy with the service they received. When my mother passed away, I helped my father work with Morris Hall to settle the estate and get his affairs in order. I would like to thank Morris Hall for establishing both my parents and my trusts. I delt with Tim and Ashley and they both explained how to protect your assets. Ashley was extremely patient with all the questions and lack of answers I provided. Please note that the large amount of paperwork was beyond helpful in dealing with my parents affairs as they aged and passed.
