Went here the first day they opened! Was awesome! My wife and I tried the strawberry cheesecake and key lime pie. Let me tell you, these were some of the best cheesecakes we've ever had in our lives and we have tried allot of cheesecake ;D to be perfectly honest. $3 a piece. Worth every cent!
Love that everything is keto. I wish they had keto king cake like I saw in a picture but I'm sure that's a limited item. Other than that, it was nice and the lady there was nice.
Ordered cupcakes for my granddaughter’s baby shower- three different flavors. They were the hit of the party- absolutely delicious! Although they were equally good the very favorite was the creamsicle flavor- yummy! Karen has other goodies which we tried as we sat there and enjoyed a cup of coffee and tea.
I am new to Keto, but not new to sugar free but the icing tasted like straight up Crisco shortening. I purchased a variety of blueberry, princess and unicorn and the only thing that was pleasant tasting was the swirl chocolate chips. I don’t know why I had such a bad experience. My sister bought these for my birthday and none of the guest were happy. Wasted $50.
I LOVE Everything Karen makes! It has been years since I could find a good Keto cupcake, a good Keto donut, a good piece of Keto chocolate cake. I've tried her lunches and her chicken salads are excellent! I cannot say enough about how awesome this bakery is!
Not that great. I was extremely excited about finding this place as I have done keto off and on since 2017. When we arrived I noticed there is a very small selection and the baked goods are teeny tiny especially for the price. The clerk wasn’t able to give much feedback when I asked questions about what they offer. I got two cupcakes and two checkered cookies. The cookies were ok. I’m no stranger to keto goodies, but The chocolate and the strawberry cupcakes had an off flavor we couldn’t finish them and they are small cupcakes. Anyway I love what the business is doing for the community I may even stop in and try something else. This has been my opinion.
The guy working there was great and the cheesecake was great. The cupcakes tasted all the same... flavorless. I bought 5 cupcakes, all different yet the same. I wish they were a bit better but I will skip the cupcakes next time.
My husband is diabetic and we wanted to get him a cake or some cupcakes for his birthday. I searched on line and found a bakery close to us in League City, but when we arrived we discovered a sign on the door stating that they would be open the following day. I searched Google and found Karen's Corner Keto/Gluten Free Bakery. I called her to make sure that they were open, before traveling to the other side of League and she was. She did mention that they were almost sold out, but that she had a fresh batch of cupcakes in the oven. We rushed over and bought the last 5 cupcakes, some individual cheesecakes key lime and snicker-doodle, as well as a couple slices of lemon sorbet cake. I prayed that my husband would enjoy and yes he did! Everything was so good. We will definitely go back. Owner was very friendly and a simple pleasure! PS: Place is a little difficult to find, being that she is new and doesn't have prominent business sign yet. It's in the same shopping plaza as the Red Oak Cafe'.
Karen was very nice and I got AA sampling of 4 different muffins superior already ate the butter cookie cookie and it is wonderful! Can't wait to dive in to my other 3. Please go check this cute little bakery out!
Said my order would be ready by 1, I showed up at 1:40 but the “baker” is what she called her self said she never promised my cake would be ready by one and I must have spoken to someone else about the time frame and no one “okayed” the time frame with her as she is the “baker”. Rather than fix the problem, very rudely offered me a refund even though it was important to have this cake made by them for my friend. The older lady was never apologetic just very dismissive of the issue. Went back to pick up the cake at the time she told me it would be ready. I get the cake and the writing ‘Happy Birthday’ looks like a 5 year old wrote it. I would say this was very petty of her. I work in customer service and this is by far one of the worst customer services I have ever received. Sharing this cake with friends and family was very embarrassing because of how it looked. I don’t ever do reviews for businesses, especially smaller family owned businesses, as times are tough but I created an account JUST to leave this review because of how upsetting this was to me. If the post allows me to post a picture of the cake, I will.
