Very inconsistent product which is disappointing due to the fact that they charge triple what ANYWHERE else does. Your better off doing research and buying from a well reviewed online vendor.

Very rude customer service, I buy 20+ kratom shots at a time, every now and then they give me 10% of a $400 purchase When I ask today they told me I was a lier I don't buy that much and go to hempies and get out, all because I ask for 10% off There always super rude and disrespectful, I feel like I'm being marginalized, I would recommend going elsewhere

I have been all across the United States, to the areas where Kratom is most popular along the cost and the gulf, yet their products had nothing on the quality of product that I get at KG. The fact you get an amazing product for an even better price makes this place my all time favorite. Everyone in the store is super knowledgeable about the products they work with, which in turn helps them to be able to figure out which product would best suit your needs. I use to use Hempies for all of my needs and after one single trip to Karmic Genesis I was in awe and now they are the only store I will go to!! To say the least they have the highest quality product for the best price, the staff is super sweet and chill, clean store, and it almost feels like the regulars that come in are treated like family.

The atmosphere of the store is totally conducive of easy going unpretentious vibes that reminds me of a vintage 70's "good happenings movie". The staff is knowledgeable of their product great recommendations for specific kratom as well as other similar types. I will continue to frequent the establishment for good vibes, good people, & good kratom. Peace
