We began in 1981 with our exquisite hand-embroidery from Kashmir – women’s boutique, home décor, jackets, coats, shawls, and a gorgeous assortment of hand-painted lacquerware boxes, ornaments, and table-top items, created with the same methods that have been around for more than 500 years, keeping the art alive.
Kashmir is a family-run business which allows us to offer these museum-quality pieces at affordable prices and to support dozens of artisans who produce the work exclusively for us.
Moving to new and larger spaces has allowed us to expand into a full boutique of fashion-forward clothing not found in department stores, women’s accessories, unique, hand-crafted jewelry, and fair-trade art pieces from all corners of the globe.
